A Town, A City, A End

Ultima stood, glaring at the core/woman with a look that could cause suicide. He summoned Taka, and shot him the same look. Taka positioned himself directly opposite Ultima, with the core inbetween. They raised their right arms and aimed in the center, as if they were guns. Seconds later, a blast of colossal proportions continuously fired from his arm. Taka instantly vanished and was substituted by Orea. Ultima's arm was useless. That is, for magic. He used his arm as a sword, and began striking the core at a rate of 100 per second, as did Orea with his sword. Upon the final blow 15 seconds later, Orea was replaced by Kopa in a flash of light. He transformed into a bow and arrow of pure energy that could kill anyone by contact and was as bright as the sun. Ultima, being part of Kopa, was immune to this effect, and he aim the arrow dead on the core. He shot the arrow into the core, and upon contact, it vanished with a light as bright a thousand suns. Ultima could barely stand after unleashing such a massive attack. His arm hung limp, completely paraylzed, as it would remain for the next three days. He stared at the nonexistent core.

Take that...

Ultima had a feeling of danger, as if the place was going to explode. He also knew that the woman wasn't dead. She had managed to escape Kopa's arrow.

 

upon ultimas almost fatal attack the floor collapsed and everyone fell a good..6 feet. husky slowly got up staring at the woman now attached to a mess of wires. electricity spurting out every few seconds. half of her face had been damaged. she launched machina arms grabbing everyone and renedering their weapons useless lying on the floor.

 

Ultima was exhausted. He could still fight, just not as well. He could not use his right arm for anything except maybe a club. He could not move his hands or elbow, just his shoulder. Technically, he could only defend himself, but not others, and that is what he did.

 

husky began struggling as the core smiled licking her..lips. the blue aura around husky's body was still increasing he could feel it's energy building up inside of him as the core closed in. concentrating really hard on husky's right hand the aura suddenly formed into a weapon. it took the form of a sickle.(scythe blade attached to a chain, except it was blue and transparent.). husky slashed the web and everyone landed on the floor wath a thud.

 

husky's scythe instantly transformed to suit his need. it transformed into a crystal blue souleater-type keyblade. and husky began fending off the core. a mon jumped down blasted a fireball and opened a portal, apparently jakes brother. husky would not retreat during battle in a flurry of slashes husky managed to cut all of the cores arms off and then end it with a skyward thrust. the core dropped to the ground and spoke all of the machina retreating from her body. "experiment...A012..has exceeded beyond expectations... thank...you...twilighter..for finally..freeing me.". the core faded away as husky knelt down. "freeing you? what do you mean?! answer me!!! wake up dammit!". it was too late the core had died. husky looked over at jake and answred his question. "jake...you can leave if you want, but the real master nehind this is M.G.E.R.S. thats my target. see you around." husky walked over to the loading dock located to the right and started walking down the long hallway.

 

husky turned around as jake ran after him. he looked him straight into the eyes and calmly answered. "thank you". he began walking toward the escape pod room and stopped short of the corridor. "jake, ive been concealing my true form. it's time i showed my real face to the world. husky aura consumed him and he came out with teal blue hair and green eyes.

 

husky was none too happy about him being a risen but he trusted jake as one of his best comrades. entering the escape pods draco comes out. "husky.. you must destroy M.G.E.R.S." husky nods and then proseed toward the escape pods.

 

climbing into the escape pod husky had no idea of how to start the thing, jake had run a pre-flight check. draco pushed husky aside and jumped straight into the ship taking full-control. in no time the ships propulsion kicked in and they were out in space.

 

as the G.E.R.S orbiting jakes planet was eliminated husky looked back. "our current course is for the center of space. were the destroyed worlds have all been collected.". draco put the shuttle into hyper drive and told us "it'll be about three days before we reach M.G.E.R.S get some rest. husky thought it was a good idea and headed towards the bunkbeds.

 

while the others slept peacefully,husky could not sleep. he looked over at jake who seemed to be having a nightmare and then heard draco say something about M.G.E.R.S. he snuck out of bed and slowly creeped the door open. draco was talking to himself. "finally..M.G.E.R.S will bow down to the ultimate being, and after that..i can finally kill husky..my prey". husky went back to bed now knowing to be on his guard.
