A Heaven's Hell.

"well, my mom had to move with her job, and i obviously moved with her. and thats really the only reason." Lisa told him with a shrug. " But im kinda glad that we moved because i didnt really have any friedns at my old school. Actually, I only had one. his name was Nico. and i really really miss him." She realized she started talking to her self and stopped as to not emberass herself. "So, do we go left or right?"

 

Zac laughed a bit, not an insulting one, but a kind one, "Well make that two," Zac said, and then looked at the hall monitors walking through the halls and his happy smile turned into one of those poker faces. He grabbed her arm quickly and pulled her quickly into the French room which was luckily, near by.

"Oh thank god...they didnt see us..." Zac said,

"Oh...it's time for class," she said, "I guess you are saved, for now. When PE is done, we WILL hear an answer, and it best be yes if you do know what's good for you," Sylvia said as she patted his cheek and went to go change into her gym clothes.

 

Jordan heard the bell ring and muttered, "Shit, we're late." He patted Shuya on the back and waved at Sylvia. "Aww, you guys look like the perfect couple. I gotta warn you though: I don't think she's your type," he joked before beginning to walk off to class.

Jordan entered the Physics classroom, late again, and sat in his seat in the middle. He watched as the teacher did nothing and started to do his drill. "Aren't I lucky that I have a shitty teacher..." He made quick work of his paper and now sat his head down, waiting for the day to be over.

 

Lisa walked up to the the person who was obviously the teacher "Hi im lisa. I just moved here.Where should i sit?" she asked as Zac took his seat.

"Oh yes. I am Madame Davis, welcome to Honors French. Why don't you take the empty seat next to June. Right over there."

"Ok, thank you." LIsa walked over and sat next the girl. She took a notebook and pencil from her backpack, and began to write down what was on the bored because it was probablly important. Either way it didn't matter. She realized that the teacher obviously didn't start class until a few minutes after the class a started. "Hi im Lisa, and you are?"

"Oh hi. im June. It's nice to meet you." She said with asmile and then continued to mess with her phone.

Lisa continued to write down what was one the bored and wait for class to start.

 

Zac was behind June and decided to tap his new friend's shoulder. "Lisa, listen," Zac said to her, "Get to classes on time or before it starts, and stay away from the principle's daughter. PERIOD," Zac said to her, in a stern voice, hoping she was listening. The words he was saying were very vital if she wanted to survive this school.

Sylvia came out of the lockers with her gym clothes on. She wore a pair of blue, short shorts and a a white tank top with the symbol of the school. She stretched her arms in the air as she did Streches with the other students, as they wanted for class to start.

 

Lisa was kind of suprised when Zac tapped her shoulder. She was especially suprised when he told her to stay away from the principals daoughter. "Oh? Why is that?" Lisa began to wonder if the rumors she had heard baout this school were true or not. Either way she was here and she had to endure anything that was coming; and she was very nervous about what was possibly coming.

 

Zac leaned and whispered into her ear, "One word, Sylvia. She is the daughter of the principle, the student body president, and she pretty much has the power to ruin your high school experience. Thank god next year is her last year... She is pretty much the ice queen, and she wants everything, her way. You are basically a new person, she doesn't know about you, yet, just stay low. I've managed to duck away and duke out anything she throws at me, but others have been suspended, detention, and at rare and when she has had, expelltion... As long as everything and everyone is in her perfect little order, everything is okay, just stick with me, and everything is okay, you will stay safe with me,"

 

June was just thumbing through pictures on her phone when she walked in and June's breath caught in her throat. What was it about this girl that was so intruinging? And the girl was heading towards her. They introduced themselves and June quickly looked away, still sneaking glances at Lisa out of the corner of her eye. "Do you like French?" June asked. Damn, she couldn't even think up a good question to find an excuse to talk to Lisa. She was letting her nerves get the best of her.

 

Lisa was surprised when the girl said something to her. In fact, she was surprised that anyone had said anything to her. “Yae, I guess. I just wanted to take a foreign language and started taking French at my last school.” Lisa felt like she had started to drag on with what she was saying. “so do you like French?” Lisa looked at the girl and realized that there was a certain beauty radiating around her. ‘OH MY GOD’ she thought to herself. ‘Don’t do this Lisa, don’t do this. Not again.’ Why did this always happen? But this time it had happened so soon, it was barely the first class of the first day; and the last thing she wanted was to already be crushing on a girl. “No!” She accidentally said out loud as the girl had began to respond to her question. “Umm. I’m sorry, I Uhh. I was talking to myself.”
“Excuse me? Is there something the three of you would like to share with the class?” Madame Davis said to the girls. “Well i don’t know how it worked at your old school but here we don’t talk during class. Now eyes forward and I don’t want to hear another word out of your mouth. June and Zac some goes for you. I know she’s new, but you can talk to her on your own time.” She walked back up to the front of the class. “Now as I was saying, when conjoining different clauses in French…”
There was no way that Lisa could pay attention right now… she had to stay calm. ‘Let’s just pretend this didn’t happen and put it all behind us.’ She thought to herself. Ok.. So conjoining clauses. Well to make matters worse she had already gone over this in her old school. So now she had the entire class to let her mind wander, and there was only one thing that her mind wanted to think about right now, but Lisa would not allow it.

 

The conversation was just starting to flow easily when that bitch Madame Davis cut June off. June hadn't met someone she felt this way about in a while, and she knew she had a long time to continue the conversation, but she didn't want it to stop. Lisa seemed genuinly nice, even though June had only talked to her for a few minutes.

June ripped out a sheet of paper from her notebook and wrote "I love french " on it, then when Madame Davis wasn't looking, folded it up and slipped it to Lisa.

 

Lisa read the note that June had passed to her. But she did not respond. It was only her first class, and she already got yelled at, and this was not how she wanted to start off. so she decided to grap her notebook and take notes on what the teacher was lecturing about.

 

June saw Lisa pick up the paper, read it, and not reply. This was such a letdown.. June decided to just forget about it. Maybe they didn't get along as well as she thought. She looked up at what Madame Davis was saying. This was not how she wanted this day to go so far. June decided that she would wait and talk to Lisa after class, or in her other classes. She hoped she had other classes with Lisa.
June couldn't focus on French now, they were already too far gone in the lesson. So she popped in her headphones, turned up some Tegan and Sara and started to draw in her sketchbook.
