Yes, but you also changed it to me only having one turn. Plus, summoner hasn't done anything thus far, and moogle has only defended. I really don't mind. Summoner can go next. I shouldn't need twice as many turns to make a move.

Actually, I thought the posting order in arena alpha went:

summoner, Zhyriad, moogle, summoner, Zhyriad etc. (because one of my turns was remoed due the fact that my characters are confined to a single physical body). So really, I'm waiting for summoner to post again before I can do anything.

But i will see to it that I get a post put up in our match right away. I hope we can get something good put up before this evening, as I will be quite busy over the weekend (yeah, I'm pretty much the opposite of everyone else in the world. Easy weeks, with busy weekends).

My point is that it is usually a good thing to comment on the way the people battled as well as the way they have written. In the event that nobody gets snuffed in an acceptable amount of time, things like strategy, and roleplaying have to be taken into account, and commented on, otherwise, none of the RPers learn much from the battle that they couldn't learn from a writing teacher. As I've stated on the thread, it is necessary to consider the net value of each post, in terms of how goo the writing is (both technically, and creatively), and how good the roleplaying is (considering strategy, and how well the character is presented in their persona). ANd I would like to judge the next battle in the arena. In fact, we can hold off our battle for a bit and someone else can take you on, and I can show you what I mean.

Bottom Line:

The purpose of the arena being in the roleplaying section is defeated if you don't examine, and analyze the way the characters are being played. And the purpose of it being a battle, is defeated unless you examine, and analyze the strategies utilized by the combatants.

I would like to protest against the method of using a tick system for the judging of battles. Or rather, making that the primary means of judging them.
