Goldfish

Eh, it's not really as bad as all that, I guess. I usually have enough left over to pick up something if I want it. And I do try to hoard my money, like the miser I am. Something just usually seems to come up whenever I have a good chunk stashed away though. That's life, I guess.

How'd we get talking about this, lol. Kinda depressing.

Well, for starters, my pay is sucktastic. I've got car and house insurance, water and electric bills, I pay the home phone and internet bill at my folk's place for now, a cell phone bill, diapers, wipes, and other child-related things for my nephew, who is visiting us for a while, and the costs of remodeling the house. Probably some other stuff too, but remembering it all sucks. So, with it all, I basically spend what I bring in. >_<

Yeah, I definitely can't wait to add another bill. v_v If only money did pile up for me. But I seem to have no luck with that.

Well, I'll have a mortgage. My parents used some of the money they got from selling their house before we all moved up here to buy it outright (it was a foreclosure, so real cheap, considering). I'll have to get a loan to pay them back for it, eventually. But it won't be a big payment.

Thanks for the congrats. I'm slightly proud of the house, or would be if I could live there. ^_^

Whenever I'm with my parents, I feel like I have to ask permission to do things an adult would just do. I feel like I should be in at a certain time, for example. I'm sort-of living with my parents now, since I have a house, but it is s-l-o-w-l-y being remodeled (no bathroom or kitchen yet v_v). It's a little stifling, even though I know they actually don't care what time I come home, to stick with that example.

I think that's typical, to pay half or more of your paycheck out in rent. It really sucks though. Everything is more expensive when you have to pay for it yourself. I sorta miss living off of my parents. XD

Eh, my life is really not planned out at all. I fell into this job, and I can't think of anything else I'd rather do, so here I am. XD I think I miswrote my last comment. I don't actually have kids of my own, I was speaking of my students as being between ages 2 and 3. Meh.
