Why Was Xion Only in this game

The same reason Pete wasn't in KH1. They just didn't think to put him in until KH2.

Epitome of incompleteness of late? So, back then, we have Advent Children... But oh! It wasn't complete, so Advent Children Complete came. The Kingdom Hearts? Oh! Here, a complete one. We call it Final Mix. Don't worry, it'll be the Final Mix, we assure you!

Heh. The way I see it, they really are hard on money.

With that characteristic in mind, I suppose well, characters like Xion, who could potentially spawn off another sequel, tend to get added on some random, money-making, impulse >.>

And no, there's no mentioned sequels of Xion coming up. It was just an example.

 

Well, Square Enix obviously hadn't thought of the character yet. It's quite an easy question to answer.

 

Xion never got any plot built up until they actually built her in 358/2 days. And even then they cover there tracks by making all characters cease to remember her, along with any proof of her existence. Not even Xemnas would have remembered her. Chances are she will never pop up again though.... Didn't anyone notice the gap in the pictures of Roxas and Axel that looked as if someone would go there? Oo. Tells ya that she was obviously an idea when kh-2 came out.

 

Really don't care. What had excited everyone at the time was that she looked exactly like Kairi and everyone thought that she was also Kairi's nobody. Nomura didn't want to give out way too much information so the Final Mixes were there to build up the impatience in people and the agony of excitement.

 

Xion was a PISS POOR character, to tell you the truth.

Part of the reason why I hated Days.

 

I hate to break it to you, but she already has. [spoilers]During the secret ending of Birth by Sleep, she makes a brief appearance.[/spoilers]

Maybe we will play as her soon! Or maybe not. Xion was a great prototype for Kairi to be based off of.

Isn't that game all about Jiminys journal... Or something like that? Sorry, haven't really looked into this game much, not really into spoilers ^.^ Anyway, what i'm basically saying is that, what has that game got to do with Xion? :S

Anyway... I did really like Xion, not as much as I like Kairi and Namine though. But she's probably still in my top 10 KH characters list.. thing... I don't actually have a list, just proving how much I like her

 

yeah , Naminé reveals to Data Sora and King Mickey that Xion is one of the people that, while gone, is still connected to Sora's heart.
not much of a mention but she IS being corporated xD and i agree she isnt quite as awesome as kairi

 

Really I personally like Xion and ya shes individual to the game so she makes it seem unique and diffrent. Them eating ice cream did get old....

 

I really wish Xion could show up again somehow, she was a great character, and i wish she could be in something more then an exclusive appearence to 358/2.

 

Truthfully, because she was as useless as Kairi.
