UPDATES - November 2008

    Hi guys,

    I've been away for a while but I have some great new announcements for everyone, theres some forum re-orgs such as the new better arranged Suggestions & Contributions section.

    But more importantly we have some new staff changes.

    New Admins

    Firstly I need the help, the site needs more involvement from the staff so I want you all to congratulate our new admins.....

    Please congratulate Leah LDC and Raiden. Im sure you'll all agree they deserve the new spots.

    New Staff

    Although Im still looking for new staff in certain areas, I want to mention the following promotions.

    LocoGabitron (Mod -> Super Mod)
    Sao Sao (New Super Mod)

    The Main Site

    There is now a dedicated section for creating stuff for the main site as well as the forums. However I really want people to step up and get involved with the main site.

    Unlike before it's now super easy to create a contributor account

    Once you have an account you simply write your article complete with any pictures you want to include and I will review it once its ready. This should streamline things and get those of you who want to write for a larger audience the chance to test your game journalism skills.

    Remember we get over 30,000 unique gamers visiting the main site, if you write something well you'll get kids, teenagers and adults from all over the world reading your stuff. This is an awesome chance for the right people to get their skills noticed.

    More Updates

    As we implement these new changes there will be more to come.

    Yay, congratulations, all of you! :D I'm sure you'll do fine! :) It's surely great, but I've never wanted to be mod myself.. :D it's just too hard in english.

    What?! :eek: I had no idea I was even being considered for the position but I totally accept! :D Wow, this was a great surprise and a week before my birthday too, that's even better! Thank you so much and I will try my best to make this site one of the best out there! :)

    Well you really shouldn't ask. You can offer help, but asking is not the best thing to do. Besides he's looking for people on the main site who can find info on the series and write. He'll publish it then.

    Really nice to see everyone congratulating each other, Im sure with these new changes in place it will mean a more constant and steady level of progress. I will be working closely with the new admins to offer a smooth transition and some great improvements for the community.
