The Ward (OOC & SU)

There's a place for criminals like murderers, rapists, and etc. It's called jail. There's a place for most teens who commit the same deeds and then they are usually transported to jail. They first go to juvenile hall. But what about the children and teens who commit the same crimes but to the highest degree? They go and remain for the rest of their lives at The Ward. A place where children ages 7-19 must stay if their crimes are too unspeakable. The security is tight, the gates are connected to an electric fuse so if a fly lands on it, there is no chance of survival. But some kids there have outsmarted the system and have found a way around everything and how to get out. Now all they have to do is escape the country and the government. Simple enough, right?​

Name: William Johnson
Age: 16
Crime commited: Murder
Personality: Kind and caring but partially a mentally unstable person.
Speciality: Stealth, Freerunning and climbing
Biography: Is a mentally unstable and tempermental person. He had a normal family when he was six but they got into a car crash, him being the only survivor. The ambulences took too long to get there and he watched his family die. This made him start down the path of insanity with a running start but he really lost control when his grandfather died two years later. During school one day a child called him an orphan and he beat the kid to death. The kid was 17. He has been here for eight years and the scientific wing of the ward has performed experiments on him, making his temper harder to control and his bloodlust greater. He becomes animalistic when he's angry and he's rarely able to be controlled. He has the highest record of escaping his cell 21 times and escaping into the yard 9 times.

Age: 17

Crime commited: Murder in 1st degree (killed his roommates)

Personality: Very high strung doesnt take much to set Dimitri off he is kinda a hot head, loves nothing more than a good fight

Speciality:' Hand to hand combat (Boxer)

Biography: Dimitri moved from russia to the US( if that is where this is taking place) At the age of 4 his parents died in a bank shooting and with there deaths this left Dimitri very angry so he became secluded for a while but he found a way to release his anger through his fist. He had taken up boxing which he has been doing for about 6 years. At the age of 15 Dimitri came home from training and his roommates thought it would be fun to tease him about his dead parents and this pushed him a little to far and he snapped and beat his two roommates to death with his bare hands. He has been the Ward for 2 years now and is trying to make his way out.

Name: Chad Legoon

Age: 19

Crime commited: 2 cases of murder (1st and 2nd degree), 8 accounts of robbery, 15 accounts of aggravated assault with a weapon and intention to do harm, Grand-Theft Auto in 2 cases, 1 case of drug trafficking, 1 account of human trafficking, 1 charge of sexual assault (dismissed due to lack of evidence and alibi).

Personality: Socially detached and hates to be touched. He is sane (in a sense that he knows what he's doing) and has full control of his self, but takes a sick pleasure in his killings. He often states that any time he's killed it was out of necessity, though it is obvious he's prone to attack if challenged.

Speciality: Psychological fighting and knives.

Biography: Chad was the criminal result of abuse as a kid. He developed a total disregard for law and life, but not without holding some type of twisted morals. Because he witnessed the abuse of his mother, as well as endured his own, he made a vow never to harm a woman the way his father had. The only exception to this is when someone tries to attack him with intent to kill. Although he is only nineteen he has gathered a decently long criminal track. Since he was nine he was seen running around with hoodlums, running around the neighborhood jacking cars. As the years progressed, and Chad grew older, the crimes became more and more sinister. He moved up from GTA to mugging, and then from mugging to robbing stores. During one of his gang raids he ended up slitting the throat of the clerk who tried to pull a gun on him and his members.

Far from dumb, Chad knew how to make his nose look clean and was able to get away with the murder. From there he was found sticking to alleyways. Drinking and getting into knife fights. Something he enjoyed doing. It wasn't until he turned eighteen that he was charged with sexual assault and was arrested. Although the charges were dropped due to lack of evidence and a solid alibi, the lists of crimes linked to him were finally pieced together. Including his first murder and another to a drug dealer.

Finally caught, Chad didn't feel like he needed to run - so instead he confessed to the crimes and even some that were unknown to the police. The most unusual one was human trafficking. He had been running a maid service as a front, but was actually a slave trafficking business. Though none of the women involved were taken forcefully, there was little way for them to find other work without Chad's say-so. Turns out that they were also well treated for and cared. Something that was quite perplexing to the courts.

He now sits in The Ward, typically reading various books from the library and staying to himself. He has never tried to escape because he believes it would never pose a satisfactory challenge.

Name: Jordan

Age: 18

Crime commited: 35 accounts of homicide, 13 accounts of armed robbery, 10 accounts of using illegal narcotics, 8 accounts of GTA, and 7 accounts of B & E

Personality: Extremely well tempered when not pushed to a certain limit. He has a slight sanity problem which he takes medication for. He's a very smart, decieving person who uses all of these to his advantages.

Speciailty: Very talented with guns and has amazing hacking skills. And is a decent fighter.

Biography: Jordan grew up in a rich family getting everything he ever wanted. He never heard no when he asked for something. Suprisingly, he got tired of everyone saying yes so he murdered off his family in a stealthy way. Afraid to be caught, he moved from Maryland to California and got involved in a life of crime. And all of this was at the age of twelve. At the age of fourteen, he discovered he had an incredible sanity problem. He was finally arrested one month before his birthday after attempting to murder a gang member. But he already has ideas on how to escape.

Personality: Psychotic, destructive, cold, terrifying

Specialty: Explosions and Bladed weapons

Biography: When he was 5 years old, Josh was beaten, bruised, and abused. In school, he was the best student in his class, but the problem was, he was so alone. After through all the abuse and loneliness, he snapped and now wants to seek the destruction of everything. He killed blew up a whole restaraunt and killed 7 high officials. He is now wanted in 15 states.

Crime Committed: theft, breaking and entering, assault, and contempt
Specialty: unlocking almost anything with almost anything, taking anything any way in any environment(most of the time), super hacker.
Personality: smart funny, not super serious but is, plans out everything, cocky, and loves the thrill of adventure and dangerous stuff.
Bio: got caught five times stealing, and in houses, then filed for assault twice but the second was with a knife. Dad beat him the death twice so he ran, was adopted and got his father put in for life. went on to become a crook learning everything as he went along and by a man named 2Lk, put his life on the line a lot. Passes school easily but hates the teachers and has been kicked out of every school but one for deleting every file in the computers. dont trust a lot of people but will always stick to his word and never double cross someone. and is ready to get out of jail and be free.

Bio: Dante always has been a gifted child. He was the only child in his school with the highest IQ. He was always interested in the bible. He always wanted hear stories about God. He was so into God that he too wanted to become Him. So he decided that he was the only capable of being God. So he killed about 1200 atheist and is wanted in a lot countries, even in 30 states.

Crime: Murder of the 100 people ,and his wife

Appearance: Dark black hair, black skinny jeans, and a ripped up black shirt.

Bio: His parents died 4 years ago. They committed suicide because they just couldn't take being sent out onto the streets by the government. After Sky's parents death, Sky went insane. He began thinking that his parents were dead because his girlfriend killed them. He was having these visions of his girlfriend killing them and one day he just had to get those images out of his head. He shot her right in between the eyes when she got home and then continued to take his hatred out on 100 other citizens in his town. Earning him a one way ticket to the Ward.
