The War of Hallow's Eve

Story

It is Halloween and everyone is dressed up in their outfits. Many kids are playing outside and getting treats but for many, there will be a trick in store. When the full moon rises to its highest and alines itself with the planets of the solar system, the beasts and witches will come out to play. From legend, these mythical beasts and people were sent away in a prison from the depths of the earth by an astronomer named Hallow and when the moon lined up with the planets, he sealed them away until the next interlining of the Solar System. That day is now.

The story takes place in an ordinary town in Washington and as the witches stalk the town, many of the kids who trick or treated were being turned into what the costumes were, such as a boy turning into a werewolf. The parents have turned as well. However, this has been a disadvantage to the witches as the children turned into their heroes like the Power Rangers or Batman. This is the War of Hallow's Eve between the monsters and the heroes.

This war must stop, on the other hand, because innocent people are being killed from the attacks of the monsters. Three people (whatever age or hero costume they're wearing) go to the local library to research on Halloween and try to find a solution to this mess but they find many problems on their way.
