The Spark Ring

"papa!" a little baby exclaimed as a tall man came walking in. He chuckled up and lifted the little baby. He tickled her tummy as sparks of electricity flowed into her body making her laugh more.

"That's enough, now." He told her. The little baby looked up at him and giggled before hugging him.

The little girl moaned.

"Father...?" She whined out as the rain came down harder outside. A shock of lightning caused her to jump up and look around.

"The ring!" She exclaimed and looked around the room she was in. She hugged herself of the unfamiliar setting when she felt her skin. She held her hands out and looked at her small pale hands and looked at her body. She looked around and her eyes fell on the boy.

"Who... Who are... You?" she stuttered afraid. Her crystal blue eyes looked him up and down before her eyes fell on his hand, on his hand was a ring she was tasked with guarding.

 

Zemerax sighed as he finished packing his backpack he was moving to a town in Canada known as Vancouver. He boarded the airplane and remembered all the good times he had in japan. "I'll miss this pace so much..." he said as he opened a bag of peaunuts that a flight attendant had handed him. "...Will I ever get used to the food of this world..." of all his years on this world he got used to the life style and laws of citizenship but never the food. He sighed as he pulled out a book from his original realm it talked about a ring thats bearer would hold incredible powers. "..." he thought to himself what the wielder would feel when he or she used it's powers it made him feel almost jealous.

 

Raiken looked all over the Earth for Princess Raine. He thought it would be easier to find her being the only Demi-Goddess on the planet, but with her being so young and small, the search was harder than expected.

"Why did she have to disappear like this? She couldn't have forwarned me that Zaranari was going to attack her? Though she is you she's still smart. All I have left to do is check in Canada. By Aurthor I hope she's there," Raiken said aloud to himself. He began to walk through a portal leading to the top-left of Canada, ready to continue his long search. "Why does something tell me she will be in the last place I look?"

 

Raine didn't comprehend what he, the boy, Jake, was saying.

"the ring... Why do you have it?" Rain asked looking at it. She looked at the soft blue glow, the ring can only be worn by those worthy of it. Her father being one, but why, why did a mortal have this ring?

She looked at the ring confused before looking at him.

"Why?" she asked worried about her fathers ring, a close connection she had with her father.

 

Raiken quickly searched all over Canada, still not being able to find Raine. He searched high and low, making sure he didn't miss a spot. All he had left to check was Vancouver.

"Oh please let this girl be there. If she is not there, then I will be killed for tge loss of a Goddess! Not to mention one that guards the Spark Ring!" Raiken said to himself. When he arrived in Vancouver, he searched the same as he did before. One house was left to check. He looked through a window, noticing a girl and a boy. The girl was Raine!

"Yes! Thank the name of Aurthor I found her. I knew it would be the last place I looked...wait...who's that boy? Is that...on his finger...no...it's the Spark Ring! Raine has found the Ring Bearer!" Raiken thought to himself. He was shocked that the Ring Bearer was found so easily. He thought it would never happen.
