The Order OOC/SU

The year is 3045. The world looks like a peaceful and happy place. Everything seems perfect. All because of The Order.

Three decades ago a group of archaeologists discovered strange ruins in the mountains. The ruins were unlike any seen before. When the archeologists reached the central chamber, they found an ancient puzzle. Upon solving the puzzle, a great catastrophe occurred. The ruins rose into the air and glowed brightly. Ruins around the world did the same thing. Suddenly the world was full of strange floating ruins. Nobody knew what to do. Then it happened: the ruins all exploded.

They all exploded into multiple fragments all around the world. Wherever a fragment was, a strange anomaly occurred. Stranger still was now children around the world were being born with strange abilities, the likes of which no normal human could ever have. Scientists dubbed these powers as Ethos, and the people became known as Ethix. Soon the world was overrun by strange anomalies and criminal Ethix. Thats when they came. The Order.

The Order offered to fix the world. All they needed was complete control. The nations of the world agreed, not caring for any consequences. The Order then began their work. Within months nearly all the worlds ruin fragments were found and contained. And for the Ethix, they had a special solution, they fought fire with fire. The only thing effective against a super powered human was another, stronger super powered human. The Order was mostly comprised of Ethix that swore to help keep the peace. They fought and captured the criminal Ethix. Soon the world was made stable.

When everything was done, the Order offered to return the worlds control back to the seperate nations. However they refused. "The world is united." they said. "Everbody is peaceful." they said. "Please continue to rule." they said. So the Order continued to rule, keeping the peace and training new Ethix to control their powers.

Present day the world seems perfect, but looks can be decieving. The Order keeps the peace, mantains the world order. However happiness is only for those in the glorious cities. Those outside them are poor and lawless. Every criminal is captured and supposedly taken to a prison. In reality they are used for horrible expieraments. The people never get sick and never seem to suffer. The sick are quarantined, the ones that suffer are bribed. The Order trains Ethix people to use their powers. They only train recruits. All Ethix are forced to register their name and power or be arrested. Those in the Order either don't know of its horrors, or don't care.

The Order's perfect world is flawed but the public doesn't know it. Recently a group as stepped forth. They claim the Order is curropt and aim to topple it. The Order claims they are nothing more than lawless radicals that must be brought to justice. Well which side are you on?


The Ethos powers can be whatever you want. They can be from making a sword, to flying, to summoning a giant. Whatever you want as long as I don't deem it a god-mod. If your unsure then PM me about it first.

Name: Xenex Nejiru
Gender: Male
Alliance: Leader of the Order
Appearance: Xenex stands at 6 feet tall. He is very muscular and weighs only 200 pounds. He has strange white hair that he keeps tied in a ponytail. He has brown eyes and a tattoo of an eagle on his back. He wears a white jacket over a black shirt as well as white pants. He also has black tennis shoes and fingerless, white gloves.
Biography: Xenex was born to a wealthy family sometime after the Order took control. He was part of the generation that came during the wonderful peace the Order brought. He attended the finest schools and graduated from a university at the age of 18. He had discovered and mastered his Ethos ability well before that. After graduating he enrolled in the Order and quickly rose through the ranks. This was due to his unswerving alliegence and outstanding Ethos ability. When he discovered the horrible secrets of the Order he accepted and endorsed them, claiming they were noble sacrafices for the greater good. He was handpicked and made leader of the Order at age 26. He took the position with dignity and promised to lead for the just cause of peace. He is now 35, and when the radicals began there declerations he knew they were right. However to keep the peace he publicly denounced them and declared them enemies of the peace. He now leads the Order to crush the radicals.
Personality: Xenex is calm at all times and comes of as wise beyond his years. However he is merciless and brutal to those that oppose him. He usually spends his time aiding in the conduction of expieraments on the criminal Ethix the Order captures. This leads many to find him somewhat sadistic but he claims its all for science.
Powers: He is very strong due to his workout regiment. He's skilled in various forms of martial arts so he never has to use his power. His power itself is legendary and considered holy by many. It's also a closely guarded secret so barely any outside the Order higher ups even know what it is. Xenex can manipulate light to do whatever he wishes. The more light the better. He can make barriers, beams, platforms, even wings. As long as there is light his power has no limit.

the Ethos are the powers. people with powers are called Ethix. and honor made the rebel leader and he named the group the outsiders. and i have the leader of the order so you can't get him either.

i already spoke with him. he said when he's not busy he will. see this is a failed RP idea i started on a different site. i figured i'd try it again here. so he'll probably join with the same guy or he'll make somebody new, i'm not sure
