Tales From The Void (An Origins Private RP) OOC

Selena took the attacks and closed her eyes as the attacks hit she felt nothing as she thought about everything. She opened her eyes as a blast of dawn radiated out in all directions around her while also acting as a shield.
The area was lit up and dark at the same time impossible to see, hear, or sense anything.
"Good bye." A soft voice whispered within Jordan's ear as something pierced his chest in front of him. The area soon became clear as Selena stood here the X of Dawn stabbed in the monster's chest.​

"Where....where am I?"

Jordan was blinded. He couldn't see nor hear anything. And then, a soft voice whispered into his ear, saying nothing more than the two words, "Good bye." He was ready to respond before he felt an intense pain in his chest. The blinding light faded and as he looked down, he saw the X of Dawn through his chest. His smile faded as his face turned to one of no emotion. His body began to morph back to the way it was before, his eyes turning to the old gray color. He dropped both of his Keyblades, which disappeared slowly as they hit the ground, and looked Selena in her eyes.
He said no words.​

"Am...am I dead? I can't see a thing..."

Deimos' body rose again, looking towards Jordan. Perhaps having some sort of memory of servitude, or perhaps even something registered in the slowly degenerating brain of the former friend, the body limped forward towards Jordan and upon reaching him grasped his shoulders firmly. Even in death, Deimos was Jordan's friend, and he would join him, wherever they were sent. "... ... ... You're... my... friend... I'll... stay... by your side... Jordan." It took alot of effort to utter out the words but the heartless puppet smiled at being able to speak its mind freely now.​

"I can feel the ground...so that's a start."

He looked at Deimos and smirked, knowing that he'd have at least one friend in the Void. He looked at Violet one more time, wanting to say something. It was at that moment, he completely blacked out, falling backwards, and disappearing into black smoke, that faded away slowly.​

"Alright...how about this..."

Jordan closed his eyes for several seconds, before using his ruby eyes infused with the power of darkness to see through the deep dark.

"Darkness to see darkness...makes sense."

Jordan walked over to a nearby window to see dark buildings looking as though they were straight from medieval times, with modern looking citizens roaming the streets. What was more peculiar than anything was that all of their eyes were a golden yellow color. Patrolling the streets was even weirder. Buffer and more advance versions of Soldier Heartless with red eyes.

Jordan backed up a bit in disbelief before a voice above confirmed his suspicions.

"Weeeelcome hooome....Joooooordannn."

Name: Jordan Cress

Age: Currently 18

Personality: A savage in battle, Jordan is cunning, manipulative, and a very observant person. Now being fully exposed to the Darkness, his personality has begun to switch between an angry, coldhearted person, to his former quiet and kind persona.

Appearance: On command, his eyes can go from a dull shad of gray to any shade of red that he wishes, although the brighter they are the more powers of the dark he's using. He also has a large scar stretching across his right cheek from his previous battle

Bio: Jordan had once believed himself to be the strongest being known to mankind, only rivaling to Cole, an old friend and complete opposite in terms of where his strength came from. Before his untimely demise, Jordan had made himself an army, made up of those who had either swore allegiance to the Darkness or misfits he took up as his own. Only three had ever stood out to him, them being Deimos, a close ally and friend, Jason, a boy he cared for closely after his family had abandoned him, and Violet, the love of his life. In the end, they were the only ones who truly stood beside him.

The others that Jordan had met in his lifetime, Cole, Selena, Darian, and Virgil, all believed Jordan to be corrupted, tainted by the evils of darkness. However, a naïve Jordan would deny this up to the bitter end, believing that he had complete control over the Darkness inside. At that final battle, Jordan's intentions were to re-create the x-blade and seal the fate of the realm of light by flooding it with everlasting darkness, hoping for the others to feel how he had felt. He had not taken into account of Cole, not only being weaker than him, but also being tainted by an elderly woman days before the battle.

In the end, it would be his younger sister that finished him off after he lost complete control of the Darkness, and sent him to the Void. Now, the so called "King of Darkness" has been delivered to the front gates of death in the form of the Void, a place beyond that of the realm of Darkness, with no known way to him of returning.

Special Notes: While mounted on the back of Jordan, the Darkness takes the primary form of two twin serpent heads with a near unlimited length of reach.

Name: Kate

Nickname: Kat or, much less preferred, Katey

Age: Currently 18

Personality: A hot tempered, feisty warrior, Kat is usually reserved to herself, not usually speaking unless absolutely needed or approached by high ranking official. She's also a kill first and ask questions later kind of girl.

Weapons: Her main weapons are her Lucy and Sue twin pistols, capable of shooting 16 rounds, together, before needing to reload

As an accomplished marksman, she also uses her trusty Jarret sniper rifle with a built in bipod, that she can make appear using darkness

Her final weapon is her weapon if her opponent is more confrontational than others that she is nearly as skilled with as she is with her guns, which she calls Fatality and keeps strapped to her back

Appearance: Her eyes begin to glow and give off a burning aura only when she is going all out with her power of darkness

Her eye radiates a blue aura when she is in battle, and heightens her perception a field of view.

Bio: Born and raised in the Void, unlike some of the pour souls that ended up there because of death or other means, Kate had always wanted to become a soldier for The High Lord, the Darkness. She believes that she must follow in her families footsteps as both had previously served under The Darkness. Her parents had previously warned her and forbid her beforehand of doing what they deemed, "a dumb decision" in which she reputed that they had made the same mistake and that it was "her life." Not long afterwards, her parents were killed in battle against rebel forces to the Darkness, only making her determination that much stronger.

Since the age of eight, she trained with the Army Of Darkness in harsh and strict environments, not fearing anything she was told to do. She took her first life when she was twelve when a high ranking corporal made all of the trainees fight one another to the death for five whole minutes, each having to be paired up with another trainee at random. The weak were pit up against brutes, making those none contests. Kate, however, was a different case, as she was pit up against a seventeen year old boy who was the son of a well known sergeant in the army. What was thought to be a one sided fight, turned to be a one sided beatdown, with the result being her opponents brains splattered on the ground.
She was accepted on the spot.

Since then, she has moved up the chain of command as a well respected and powerful soldier, serving under the Darkness. She has been noted to be the best marksman the army has to offer and one of the best skilled hand to hand combat specialist.

Personality: Many of his personal traits haven't changed since he was alive, as he still remains arrogant, obsessed with his poems of LOVELESS, and extremely determined.

His eyes, because of his close ties with the darkness now, can turn from his regularly light blue color to a deep yellow tone

Bio: Genesis was born from the result of Jenova Project G, lead by Dr. Hollander. Gillian Hewley was injected with Jenova's cells, and her cells were transplanted into Genesis to grant him Jenova's abilities. After Genesis's birth, Professor Hojo's "Project S", which created Sephiroth, was deemed superior, and Project G was shut down. Unknown to Hojo and Hollander, however, the Project G research would continue in Deepground. Genesis was labeled a failed experiment and given to a wealthy landlord in Banora to be raised.

A result of Project G involving the injection of Jenova cells whilst he was still a fetus, Genesis developed a large black wing, as well as the ability to makes copies of himself. Considered a traitor to Shinra, he was a close friend of Angeal and Sephiroth. Upon meeting Sephiroth at the Nibelheim Mako reactor, Genesis explains to Sephiroth that Jenova was an alien and that they were all monsters, indirectly leading to the Nibelheim incident. His degrading eventually stops, and he becomes a friend of Zack's, but he is soon taken aboard a helicopter by Nero and Weiss, who talk with him about joining them in Deepground. The Crisis Core Ultimania reveals that Genesis was asked to join their rebellion against the Restrictors (the original leaders of Deepground prior to the Tsviets), but he rejected their offer, and sealed himself in a cave beneath Midgar until the time he had awaken to protect the Planet.

However, feeling the need that darkness was the only way to ensure the safety of humanity on his world, he was overwhelmed and fell to the evils of the darkness.

Now in the Void, Genesis serves as a close tactician for the Darkness and is one of the highest ranking commanders for the Darkness, even though he's been there for such a short amount of time.
