System Data Help ( save files )

*This is a hardware/technical question involving save files*

I'm in a curious situation. I started playing BSS off of a friend's memory stick, who had all 3 story lines completed, plus final mission, etc. I created my own Ventus data and proceeded to beat the game. I then got my own memory stick and transfered my Ventus data over, without the system data. However, when I go into my Ventus data, and save the game, a new system data file is created that mimics the original on my friend's stick ( all secret reports, final mission, etc. ). This is because there was no system data to begin with when I transferred the file over to my stick.

So, I deleted this "old" system data and started a new game with Aqua. I now have a system data file with a completed Aqua storyline, but not a Ventus one. I don't know of a way to get the system data to recognize my Ventus save file, and update trinity archives, etc.

I'd like an authentic playthrough, so that's why I transferred to my own stick, but I realized too late it seems. Has anyone somehow gotten out of something like this, or know of a solution? I'd like to avoid playing through Ven's storyline all over again ( as fun as the game is ).
