Answer Man Man I'm Awesome

Well this is a debate on people around the wold that can do things that most can't. Not the smoke and mirrors things but like walking across hot coal, eating fire, then blowing it out, sticking thing like spoons to your body. Putting knives and swords down yoru throat. I just wanted to know what you guys thought, is this stuff real? Or just a act? Are there really some super people on earth? I think so.
