Similarities between FFIV and Kingdom Hearts

    Has anyone else but me notice this?

    The lead character in each game fights his dark side and overcomes it; Cecil in FFIV and Sora in KH.
    The supporting character is attracted to and manipulated by darkness and is a Dragoon; Kaine in FFIV and Riku in KH.
    The lead character in each game is involved with a woman who is good at heart; the White Mage (her name escapes me) in FFIV and Kairi in Kingdom Hearts.
    Each game is focused on the theme Light vs. Dark.
    The villains in both games are controlled by higher beings;The Empire in FFIV & the Organization in KH.
    The major villain in both games has an inner darkness; Ansem in KH and NeoZemnos in FFIV.
    Both of the lead heroes have an evil twin; Roxas in KH and Golbez in FFIV.

    I never finished FFIV. Some of the things you said make sense, but a couple are stretches.

    How do you consider Riku a dragoon? The rest of that comparison works, but I don't see the dragoon.

    I also wouldn't consider Riku an evil twin. He wasn't evil at all really.

    And the white mage's name is Rosa.

    But for the rest of it, it is very similar. But then again, most stories can be found to be similar to at least one other story.

    The weapon they use look similar.

    Golbez kind of wasn't evil because he was controlled, but is considered by many to be one of the baddest FF villains. He made your characters hurt.

    hey! The inner Evils!!! Check it out!!! NeoXemnos. maybe he has something to do Xemnas....? Maybe that the name of Mansex...Xemnas is stronger version of NeoXemnos.
