Signature and Avatar Shop

Hey everyone well I would like to help you all by making you gusy some avatars and sigs. I posted another topic but it never apeared so that was wierd. Oh and examples check out my sig and avatar. Anyways just follow the rules and request form below and I'm sure I can help you! ^_^
Rules:
1. I have the right to decline your request if they want
2. It can take me as long as I want to finish a request
3. Always follow the request form
4. Dont request when my slots are full
5. Always credit me if possible no rep needed
Request Form:
Stock Images: What images you want in your sig or avatar
Size: By how many pixels should it be
Words: What words should be in it also the font you want
Colors: What colors should be in the text or special effects
Special Effects: Do you want stars a tint or something else
