Obviously, this is the OoC/Signup thread for ::ReWrItTeN::[[Inkheart]]

ReWrItTeN​

Mortimer Folchart(Mo) and his daughter Meggie are silver tongues, or when they read a book aloud they have the ability to bring characters to life. 15 years ago Mo accidently read aloud from a book called Inkheart. When he read it the evil Capricorn and his henchmen came out of the book, along with the fire-tamer Dustfinger.
9 years later

Dustfinger betrays Mo to Capricorn, who kidnaps him to read him treasure from books. Mo wants to read Capricorn back into the book he came from, but Capricorn burns all but one copy of the book. Now twelve, Meggie, her great aunt Elinor, and Dustfinger team up to save him. They track down the author of the book and get him to help. After many perilous adventures they end up as captives once again as Capricorn discovers Meggie has her father's gift. She was to be made to read a terrible creature known as The Shadow out of the book. However the author, Fenoglio, rewrote the end and Capricorn ended up killed by his own terrible creature.

Meggie and Mo are not the only silver tongues in the world. There are many scattered about, some write as well as read. One day one of them who had heard of Meggie and Mo's experience decided that Capricorn was too good of a villain to lose. So he did what people often have nightmares about; He wrote and read Capricorn back to life..​

1> There are five silver tongue positions.
2>You are welcome to have original characters from the Inkworld (fire-eaters, strolling players, ect.) as well as cannons
3>You can also create characters without abilities
4>No godmoding, mary-sues, gary-sues (aka, "perfect characters")..ect.
5> One liners are fine but try to keep them to the minimum, no chatspeak
6>Cussing is fine, but be reasonable
7>Keep genders even
8> Romance is encouraged, but keep it PG-13
9> If you read the rules put Heart, Spell, Death in your profile

A deep thinker, inquisitive, stubborn, assertive, a little naive and childish at times, book smart, but not always street-smart, clever and bold in stressful situations.
Bio:
Christina was born a small town near the Smokies of Tennessee. She had always enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains and the clear blue sky, but what she loved even more was to escape into a book. However, she didn't discover her uncanny ability to read people and things out of them until she was fifteen. She still has little mastery over the skill, though she isn't afraid of it like some "silvertongues", which makes her a little vulnerable. Recently *aprox. a few weeks before the setting of this rp* she applied for a foreign exchange program to Europe for the remainder of high school.
