Rapper T.I. Gives Back Christmas Eve

    T.I. surprised a few late Christmas eve shoppers, paid their tab, and got them plenty of presents for their children. I don't listen to T.I. but I thought it was cool that he would give back like that. He made a memorable Christmas for some children. More celebrities should give back to their community that way.

    That's pretty cool. Cynical me finds the story slightly ruined by the cameras and that this was probably done just as much for the good publicity as the actual giving back, but it seems like there were a lot of people there who really benefited from his help. Helping to ease some of the stress of some of these single moms wins him some points in my book.

    There were stories closer to Christmas time of random strangers going to Walmart and doing a similar thing by paying off people's layaways. If I were rich, I'd do stuff like this all the time. Too bad I didn't win the powerball jackpot tonight. <_<
