Powers? 2: The Next Generation

    Story:

    Thirty years have passed since the time of Alex, Alexis, Leah, Tom and Aiden. Some went back to Yuleania, the magical realm of Earth while everyone else aged and had a family. Alex, except for Alexis, has been forgotten by Earth and the events that transpired before were like it never happened. Malefest, from the evil in people's spirits, has become a threat to reincarnate as oil has run out in the world. There has been a war in Korea over the nuclear missiles with the US and North Korea. Malefest has always been revived after the darkness spreads among the worlds of Yuleania and Earth and Alex, despite his efforts, could only keep him away for thirty years. He is back to threaten the Earth. In a last ditch effort, Alex, much like his predecessors, has given powers to four children from his own power. They will not have the same powers as him though; each soul has a different kind of mana/power. Alex, without any power, fell to the power of the darkness and his future has been left uncertain. He wished that Leah, Aiden or Tom could find them and steer them in the correct path; perhaps even a different Yuleanian.

    Once again, chaos is spreading amongst Earth and its up to the four teenagers to save the worlds of Yuleania and Earth. Where are the four relics of the world however and how can they put Malefest to rest? Can they change the fate of the chosen one's (who puts Malefest to rest) life? Can they stop Malefest from coming back? Where are the previous chosen now? It's time for Powers? 2!

    The story will start in New York once again.

    It is the first day of school, after the Christmas Holidays. It was supposed to be a usual day at school but as the day goes on, he has acted very strange. Fire appears from his fingers, in random moments and when he sneezes, everyone's tests in the classroom were blown away onto the floor. He doesn't know what is happening and he also doesn't know that his classmates have powers too.
    Meanwhile, someone is after these strange powers and would kill anyone, who gets in his/her way, while someone is trying to protect the people who have powers. Will the person protecting the people with the powers come in time or will the villain get to one of them first?

    Bio: He was orphaned by his parents when he was two so he has very few memories of them. He was one day attacked by a group of thugs when he found his power. He beat up the thugs and ran away from his home in japan to new york where he started a new life,

    Powers: Control over aura. He can increase his aura so he could release blast. He can turn his aura into fire and other elements.

    Hey anti, it's power teen meaning he's got to be at least 13 plus everybody is going to be in high school so I'd stick with 14 to 18.

    Name: Faith
    Age: 16
    Bio: Faith has traveled many places in her lifetime since her mother passed away. The meaning is her father has been so upset about the death of his wife that he basically became a waraholic.

    Faith likes to see many places, but at the sametime she hates it. She never gets to make true friends. The minute she thinks she's beginning to make friends, her father moves again. She slowly losing herself to becoming a quiet girl with no hope for things.

    Since Faith has been living in her new home, she's been experiencing some weird things. Things such as becoming lightless to literally floating in the air, reading her father's mind, sensing things such as someone approaching her room or something going to happen such as a prank on a kid at school. She doesn't know how to explain it, all she knows is she's starting to freak out.
    Personality: Faith can be either very shy and quiet or very social and talkative. Faith is friendly and kind towards others and she's literally not afraid of anything except maybe being jumped. She is very adventurous and would love to go on a fun adventure one day.

    The thing that really affect Faith is friends. She doesn't have any true friends, she says she does, but it's more so an 'acquatance'. She really hopes to makes friends one day that she could truly say, "My friends..." or "My best friends..." or maybe even "My boyfriend...".
    Powers: Pyschic powers-
    ~able to levitate objects(and can throw them at enemies or just simply move them around)
    ~able to allow herself or others with more focus to fly
    ~able to sense a presensce such as a person approaching.
    ~occasionally able to read people's mind if they leave their guard down.

    Her powers take a lot of focus and a calm mind to control, so in the beginning she won't have that much control over her powers.

    Age: 16
    Bio: Kevin is a foster child who goes to the local high school. No one knows of his past. Kevin's parent left him at the orphanage at birth. Kevin grew up in the orphanage and never knew what it was like to have a mother or father. Kevin grew up having to inspire himself. Kevin never really thinks about his parent or why they left him he just accepts the fact he's an orphan.

    Lately Kevin has been experiencing some wierd things. Lately the lights have been going out in the orphanage and the phones have been very staticy. Things have been sticking to him most things were metal. Kevin doesn't know why these things are happening.

    Leah is the princess of a world paralell to Earth called Yulanea. From the day she was born she was trained to protect Yulanea from evil and also to protect the balance between Yulanea and Earth with her life. As a child her home was attacked by a man named Malefest who killed her mother and nearly killed her as well. Ever since then, she has fought against the evil that is Malefest. A portal opened between Earth and Yulanea one fateful day and Leah was sent to protect earth from the bits of Yulanea that leaked through the portal: good and evil.
    It rested in the hands of Leah and a few children, now gifted with Yulanean power, to protect both worlds from Malefest. Obviously this battle was a success though, their friend Alex was trapped in the void between worlds. Since then, Leah stayed for generations in Yulania but she never went a day without thinking about her experience in the strange new world and the friends she met there. She even missed them from time to time though as time sped on, Leah got more and more busy. Her fathers heath began to fade not longer than a year after the battle. And, though they do not age quite like people of Earth, Yulenians are not immortal. Leah was forced to put aside her childhood early to begin prepairing for the worst case (aka her fathers death and her unavoidable placement as Queen of Yulenia) in two ways. First, physically: All yulenians age differently than those of Earth. Where time takes it's tole on Earth people. Magic ages those on Yulenia in a series of stages: Infancy, Childhood, Early Adulthood (Late teens-late 30's), Late Audthood (Earth's 40-70), and Elderly. Usually, these take place naturally every hundred earth years or so but Leah brought on her Early Adulthood sooner than nature would have to prepare herself mentally and physically for what she would need to learn in the short time it seemed she had left before her father's death. The magical trandformation of the Yunalen from Childhood to Early adulthood is a week process where the person undergoes a few minor changes including a higher maturity and more stable ability to focus energy and better control the mind and emotions along with physical changes where the Yunalenian loses childlike features such as silvery eyes, light colored hair (Usually darkens to black, dark brown, or red), light colored skin, and round facial features. This is when most are considered at their peak of physical attractiveness. Unlike most, because of the change before natures chosing, Leah kept her pink hair, though it darkened some, silver eyes, and round facial features though it is obvious she has aged in many other ways. *Didn't seem right to have her be totally the same after thirty years had passed* Mentally: she was now plied extra hard with her studies. She was now training not only in the arts of magic, defense, war, Yulanean and Earth history, and all the usual topics but also how to run a kingdom. Her father had originally planned her coronation to the throne to be on the exact day that suddenly evil appeared again. Leah couldn't help but be slightly relieved when the plans changed. Instead of becoming Queen of Yulenia on that day, she was sent back to Earth to find the new children of power and, once again, answer her divine calling to help protect Earth and Yulenia from her childhood enemy. For two reasons, first, because, as she hated to admit it, she was terrified of becoming queen, and second at the chance to see some of her old friends. But of couse, she takes this threat very seriously as well.

    Personality:
    Leah is very wise and kind. Beautiful, strong, and deturmined. She is a better leader than she gives herself credit for and, with decades of experience, is pretty good with weapons and magic. In fact, the best of her age though certianly not the best alive. She is a strong believer in truth and justice but not so much in destiny. She is hard to make close friends with but once you are considered your friend, she would do anything for you and will never forget you.

    Powers:
    She has the power to move and direct energy and see the auras of others. She can bend matter to her will and, in doing so, can create most things out of thin air. She is a decent healer though she cant do much for the dead or dying. Her main power has always been the power of light, obviously. She has yet to learn what the new power she gained from her 'new age' is.

    Dark pink hair and bright silver eyes and a pretty round face. She is the same old Leah she just looks like she has gotten a few earth years older.

    I might've worded that wrong. My character was gonna be a guardian, no matter what. Just if you made Leah would determine who I would have as a guardian.

    Name: Leon

    Age: Technically 1

    Bio: In a way, Leon does not exsist. Basically, he is a body Tom created.

    After the events of the previous RP, Tom's powers kept on developing. Because of his original powers to understand anything and remember everything, Tom kept on gaining new powers. He feared what he knew will happen with this, so he basically vanished from Earth and Yuleania. He knew that today's events would happen. So he created Leon to go and protect the children who are similar to him, all those years ago.

    Personality: Leon is, basically, an empty body that Tom has full control over. Therefore, everything Leon says is actually Tom saying.

    Powers: Teleportation and Telekinesis (I'll explain later)

    Name: Tom

    Age: 47

    Bio: Tom, while having grown up on Earth, was born on Yuleania. He lived on Earth all his life, not finding out about his heritage until he was 17. Before anything bad happened to their lives, and before Alex or anybody (Besides Tom) began developing their powers, Tom had lived a normal life. There was this one time in his life that a friend of his committed suicide. Tom felt regret for not being able to save that friend.

    The events of saving the world taught Tom a lesson and let him get over the grief of his friend's death. He was sad to see Leah leave Earth to go back to Yuleania, since he grew attatched to her (And a few prophetic dreams about them being together didn't help at all when she left).

    As time passed, Tom's powers kept on developing. At one point he was able to go to Yuleania, something that was impossible for anybody else. When he had the chance to approach Leah again, he decided not to. As Tom's powers grew and grew, he knew what would happen to him in the future. As a result, he cut himself off from any kind of exsistance, a self exile. Nobody has really seen him in a long time.

    He knew that Malefest would come again and try to destroy everything again. Tom wanted to go out and fight again, but he couldn't let himself go (For multiple reasons). As such, he created Leon. But instead of having Leon be a simple puppet for Tom to control (And basically be an excuse for him to go back to people), he cut off almost all of his powers from Leon.

    Personality: He hides his fears of the future behind fake laughs. Even though he's been all along for a long time, he hasn't even tried communicating with anybody. He has even hidden himself so not even Alex can find him.

    Powers: His basic powers were understanding anything and being able to remember everything. Through those powers, Tom's powers have since developed to include a multitude of things. His body instantly heals itself, he can heal others, he can shapeshift his body to look like other things, he can just do so many things.

    Additional Info?: Because he can shapeshift, he makes himself look 20 years younger than he really is. Oh, and the reason he's isolated from everything is because he's too powerful, and that just wouldn't be fair in an RP.

    So, in case anybody is wondering, my guardian character is Leon.

    Bio: The now deemed, "Prince" Aiden has become quite the celebrity over the past thirty years. There were so many people gossiping about Leah and his relationship when they got back. Ever since they were kids, Leah and Aiden have been best friends and he was made her royal protector. Like very cliche story, the guardian became a lover of hers during his journey on Earth. Once they got back, however, the flame between them spattered but never took light until now. For the last 30 years they have only cared for their friendship but recently, the coming death of her father has caused her to think about her queenship. She then decided to marry Aiden. He cannot shake the feeling of how this has come to play in terms of timing but he is happy nonetheless to be married to the only person he has truly loved. But does she truly love him?
    Personality:
    Powers: Aiden specializes in healing and blade wielding. He knows all the basic spells which is hard to do for a regular Yuleanian but he is not like any other; he is the Prince after all and one of the heroes of Yuleania.
