Post-Rock, Anyone?

    For about a year now, I've been growing increasingly interested in a music genre known as 'post-rock,' a sub-genre of rock music that utilizes traditional rock instrumentation (guitar/bass, drums, keyboards etc.) to create a less traditional sonic experience as compared to other rock genres.

    Is anyone else here familiar with this genre? With groups such as: Sigur Ros? Explosions in the Sky?
