Plan Wipeout (Actual RP)

Ryenne sat curled up in one of the bedrooms in her apartment. Ryenne's apartment had nice carpets, well maintained furnishings and didnt look abandoned. Ryenne got up and slipped her black jacket on. "Gotta go out." She told herself with a sigh. Ryenne left the apartment, rushed outside and hopped on her bike. Ryenne spotted a 16 year old female. "This'll be easy." She muttered to her self with a sly grin on her face.

 

Ryenne looked up and did a back flip off her bike. Ryenne looked up and saw the boy. A confused look struck her face. "What the hell?" Ryenne muttered. She walked over to the boy. "Are you ok?" She said extending her hand out to help him up.

 

"Celtii, have you finished that repairing the transmitter yet?" A fellow scientist.... more like Celtii's correction officer asked her as the young woman leaned inside a machine that she was currently working on. "Just give me a few more hours and it will be ready in no time for those idiots- I mean, the government officials to use," Celtii said as she sat up to adjust her glasses as she looked down at a piece of metal inside of the machine that looked like it had a dent in it.

"But Celtii, this thing was supposed to be finished within the last hour! We can't give you anymore extensions for you to just play around!" The scientist said as Celtii snapped her fingers as she flattened out the piece of metal as if there wasn't any problem with it before hand. "I'm sorry, but give me time. You'll be able to track more of... my kind after it's done," Celtii muttered as she felt the hate dripping from her tongue.

"I'm sorry, but we need this machine now," the scientist said as he looked at the military guards standing there nodding in their directions before they walked over and pointed their guns at her back as she turned around to face them. "But you can't use it, it's not stable enough!" Celtii cried out as the scientist came forward and shoved her to the side, "We need to know about the current locations of some risktakers that have been running amuck lately."
"But-" A striking sound was made as the scientist struck Celtii across the face, seeing her glasses hit the floor. "No more excuses and get this thing running now!" The man shouted making the girl glare up at him before she grabbed her glasses and get up on her feet. She quickly went over to the control panel before the scientist yelled at her again, trying to put coordinates and key passwords in for the machine to start running.

 

Ryenne jumped back a bit. "Damn, I forgot my sword." She muttered under her breath. Ryenne looked at him, then her bike. Without thinking, Ryenne jumped over the boy, hopped on her bike and darted around the corner. "Damn bastard." She muttered pitifully under her braath as she pulled up into a drug store.

 

"It looks like things are working properly," Celtii muttered as the scientist came over to her side looking at the screens as she worked away. "Does the transmitter detect any type of risktakers anywhere yet?" The scientist asked as Celtii looked up at the screen and adjusted the glasses resting on her nose, "It doesn't look like it. Maybe I should get to working on the machine again. Keep an eye on the screen if anything appears up."

The scientist looked as Celtii made her way around the controls and went back to the part of the machine she was still working on. Celtii grabbed the wrench on the ground before she proceeded to her work. The guards went back to their posts as the other scientist checked any surrounding areas for any type of disturbances at the control panel.

 

Ryenne looked back. "What does it matter to you?" She said with a souless attitude. "What? Are you here to take me away, use me for some fucking messed up expirement, then kill me!?" Ryenne raised her voice and then crossed her arms followed by a sigh. "I have places to go and people to-" Ryenne stopped in her tracks. "I got places to go." She said turning around and started to walk away. Leaving the bike.

 

"Huh? Hey, Celtii! Take a look at the monitors!" The scientist said as he noticed that the screens changed as there was a blip going off on a world map on one of the screens.

"What did you touch?" Centii snapped as she stood up for a moment as the scientist pointed to the screen as he pointed to the map, "There's a red dot that's blinking on the map." A risktaker? Celtii thought as she went over there and checked out the screens herself. "Well, looks like the machine works. And the town is at least a 4 hour trip, think that your 'soldiers' can get there in time?" Celtii asked as the scientist nodded, "I'll get to that. Guards, take Celtii back to her 'room'."

The guards standing by appeared by Celtii's side before they took her out of the room and down the long, bleak hallway back to her little room within the base. She doesn't look forward to being in a cement-walled room, but at least she gets food and sleep.

 

"So, what are you boys doing later tonight?" Celtii asked the two guards as they escorted her to the door at the end of the hallway. "Watching your sorry ass, what do you think?" One of the guards said annoyed as the other one pipped up, "Oh, come on dude! It's probably not that bad!"

"Shut it you!" The annoyed guard growled as Celtii giggled a little childishly as she turned to the nicer of the two guards, "First week working I suppose?" "Y-yes Miss Celtii!" The guard said as he propped his gun on his shoulder. "Figures, no one is supposed to let their guard down around me," Celtii said with a smile as they stopped in front of a door made of some type of marble.

"Ok girlie, you know the drill. Get in your room and don't cause another ruckus," The grumpy guard said as he unlocked the door as the younger one pointed his gun back at Celtii. "Heh, alright. You win," Celtii said as she put her hand into her lab coat pocket, "but before you lock me in-" She whipped out her metal nightstick and turned on the builted-in taser before attacking them, "You gotta catch me first!"

"You are all going to be traveling to this town about 4 hours north of here," The scientist said as he stood in front of a group of 10 or so soldiers. "You were all given a small tracker that should turn red the closer you are to any risktakers within the area. Take them out if you can, but if it proves to be difficult, capture them and retreat without causing a scene." The scientist commented before the soldiers went out and left in their military trucks.

The scientist looked back at the control panel seeing the blinking light starting to move, but not anywhere far. "Let's see if Celtii's new bullets work this time," The scientist muttered as he went away to go inform the higher ups about this operation.

 

Ryenne kept walking. "I'm Ryenne." She said emotionlessly. Ryenne hadnt talked to anyone in almost a year. This was very awkward for her. "Look, I'm not very social, so sorry if I'm coming of strong." She said, not knowing if he was still even following her.

 

Ryenne looked at the TV then at Shuya. "My place." She said softly. "Its perfect. The complex there is for senior citizens. I've hid there since I was 13. They'd never look there." She said reasuringly.

 

"Get back here!" The younger guard said as he chased after Celtii back up the hallway he and the other guard had just walked her down. "I'm sorry, but I have so work to do or the machine is going to break again," Celtii shouted back as she turned back to look at him for a second before looking at his gun and molding the trigger to the gun so it couldn't be pulled back.
"Got you now!" The young and cocky guard said pointing his gun at Celtii, only to find that he wasn't able to pull the trigger as Celtii smiled at him before running off.
"I just want a good paycheck, not chase after pretty scientists," The man groaned as he pulled himself together before chasing her again back to the lab.

"And remember men, we should be able to make sure that the trackers are red when we're close to them. With the technology that damned risktaker scientist made, it should be completely accurate!" Their commanding officer reminded his troops and comerades before they spilt themselves up as they found themselves within the town.
All of them knew that he was talking about Celtii since they were trained specially with her to go and seek out the risktakers with the latest equipment that Celtii makes for the government.
Also, a few of them got their asses handed to them when they had to guard her cell from escaping.

 

"I know a short cut. Follow me!" She said running towards a dirt road. Ryenne knew every corner, every house and every street in this area. She could literally walk around here blind. As the gunshots got closer, she ran faster, but kept her pace so she wouldnt leave Shuya behind.
