Our Kingdom Hearts Story

"Come on..." Michi could feel the damaged gumi ship slowly losing control. She couldn't lose her control of the ship, she wouldn't lose. She could see it ahead of her, the giant world mostly blue but contained green, brown, grey, and white. The world known as Earth, the world darkness was attacking next, a world she ha to protect or rescue at least three very important citizens, three placed on earth at their birth, close to the age she was born, placed their to stay away from darkness until their time.

"Computer, prepare emergency landing." The girl spoke as she sat back letting go of the controls.

"Yes Protector Michiko." the girl, Michiko, held onto the handle of her seat at the ship enter the atmosphere of earth.

The ship crashed soon into water, the ocean. She looked around and looked over the ship damage on a screen, damage was done to the wings, the rest of the ship ok. She turned on the engine as the ship began propelling through the water towards a city ahead with a sky scrape so magnifigant, a skyscraper belonging to New York City.

 

A young man with shoulder length black hair strode through the halls of Hallyway High School with a rather brisk pace, many people were intimidated by the serious look on his face as well of the entourage of tall bulky men in black suits. As soon as her reached a certain classroom he signaled his hand for a company halt, he slowly turned around and nodded to the men he then spoke. "If I'm correct this is the classroom of first year student Rikku Aida, daughter of Goro Aida, use tranquilizers if she resists. He said slowly turning the door handle and entering the room, the men followed.

 

Hayden was looking around in Hallway High. Hayden was actually waiting for the dawn to come.
"Can't think enough of that doomsday. Well guess I have to go in that multi propose.. room." Hayden saw a young man walking.
"Nathan?" Hayden wondered.
"Nathan, you up? Where's Jet?" Hayden closely looks at Nathan.
Hayden looks forward for Nathan's answer.

Dominus was standing in the upper floor of the Castle Ruins. Wondering where he will do next, Dominus took a break for his mind to think.
"Okay, let's get this started. The three keybladers are.. might be separated. But what and who is this Goro Aida?.. A Heartless? Well, guess I have to leave the Castle Ruins." Dominus goes downstairs, helds his cloak tight and his face still hidden.

 

Michiko, also known as Michi for short, soon found herself and the gumi ship washing up shore. The beach was quite, sure signs that it is winter. She stood and pressed a button before getting out of the gumi ship a remote in her hand. She turned around and the gumi ship wasn't there, or rather the ship was invisible.

"Now then..." Michi turned around and closed her eyes.

"Ok, Michi this lesson I shall teach you about a special meditation that will allow you to turn on your ability to sense light and darkness. This ability takes a lot focus and some careful directions." Her father told the younger looking Michi.

"Ok." Michi nodded with a fierce look on her face showing she was ready.

"Now close your eyes and relax. Once done with that find your inner light, get a sense in what it feels like. Once you know what it feels like, let go of it and see if you can still feel it." She was instructed. Michi opened her eyes and was shock when she could feel every light source in town despite her being in the underground with her father.

Michi opened her eyes and slowly swept away the other light sources besides the three keybladers.

'Found them... But what is this other sense of...' Her eyes widened when she began running along the beach to try and find the keybladers, for what she sensed was darkness.

 

Jet had been running late that moring. He was supposed to meet Rikku in the lunchroom, but his alarm didn't go off, and so he was only just now bounding into the school. He ran down the hallway, and as he came up to the lunchroom Nathan happened to walk out.

Jet gave a quick hello nod and wave, and caught his breath berfore going inside. He spotted Rikku in an instant, and walked to her table.

"Hey, sorry I'm late...My alarm..annd..yeah..." He gave a nervous chuckle. He ran his fingfers through his mane of hair, trying to straighten it out, while he waited for Rikku to say something.

Dom-Dom walked through the hallways as well, he did not go to school here anymore, but he could still get away with a visitor pass. He needed to keep an eye on the chosen three, he had sensed a dark force gathering, and now he had to be sure they were safe. Dom-Dom saw Jet pass by Nathan and enter tyhe lunchromm. Dom-Dom decided to speak with Nathan, just to be sure everything was going alright.

"Hey, buddy. How's your day going?" he said with a friendly smile.

 

Michi ran accross a parking lot of a school. She was so close now, she quickly came to a hault as heartless began rising from the ground.

"Get out of my way!" Michi shouted at them as she reached behind her back grabbing a white pole about a foot and a half long as she quickly spun it in her hand and swung quickly killing the week shadows in a swift movement, the staff five feet in length with an elegant design on it, one would believe the weapon belonged to the owner.

Michi quickly ran past and burst through the front door of the school. She continued running not stopping when she felt the sense of light. She slowly began to slow her pace exhausted as she leaned against the wall just outside the cafeteria.

Talen whirled around to see a girl with what looked like an antique staff, behind her were several black creatures. "What...are those...made of dark matter ?!" he said before ordering his men to shoot at the creatures, but to no avail, the things seemed to shake off the bullets as if they were nothing. One of them lunged at one of the men while he was reloading. "They seem to be aggressive so I deem it necessary to use force...try to keep one alive as a test specimen." he said walking towards one and with a swift swing of his katana two perfect halves of the creature faded into the ground. He dealt with the rest before his phone rang. He turned around "You seem to be adept in killing these things...so keep this." he said handing her a business card with his number.

 

Sienna, also know as Sii, had been groggily eating in the multi-purpose room, before she spotted Nathan talking to someone. She strolled over to them, hands in pockets. Her face lit up as she realized that the person Nathan was talking to was Dom-Dom, a friend of hers who had already left the school, and she fastened her pace. She interrupted whatever conversation they had been having the second she got close enough to do so.
''Long time no see, Dom-Dom!'' She grinned with her usual enthusiasm. She then nodded hello to Nathan,''Morning Nath.''

 

Jet blushed as well, he always seemed to get hot under the colloer when he talked to Rikku for some reason. To break the silence he brought up a new topic.

"so I hear your dad got that renewable energy thing working? With all the media attention it must make your time at home pretty hectic. Is that why you always go straight home after school?"

Dom-Dom laughed when Nathan accused him of gloating.

"What? I can't just randomly pop in once in a while to see my old friends? I didn't have classes for college today so I thought I'd stop by to see how you all were doing. Speaking of which, where's Jet? " He now knew Nathan and Hayden were out of danger, but he had lost sight of Jet, and the sense Dominic was getting was growing stronger every second. Jet didn't have the Key yet, or at least he didn't know he had it yet. a fourteen year old would be overtaken by darkness in a second without it. Dom-Dom had to find him fast.

Then an olf familiar face showed up.

"Sii! Wow, it's been a while! How have you been holding up?" From the corner of his eye, Dom-Dom caught a glimpse of Michi.

So, she's here too...Then things are worse than I thought. I need to be ready. If something bad happens I have to get them all out of here as fast as possible, they're not ready yet to face the darkness.

 

Michi looked at the man, a very random man who handed her a card and number.

'What's this supposed to be?' she thought to herself before catching glimpse of
the son of a fried of her fathers. He catching the look in his eyes made her know he knew much like his father. She met him two times maybe three times before in her past.

'What was his name, Dean, Dennis-?' she thought to herself trying to recall his name before somebody who walked past her not noticing her called to him.

"That's it, Dom-Dom..." she whispered making her staff small sliding it into a case on her back. She looked at him, when she knew he was looking at her undistracted, 'we need to talk about them...' she lipped to him before going and making her way out of the school and sitting at a picnic tar alone under a tree.

 

Dom-Dom got the message and looked back at Nathan and Sii.

"actually, I just realized, my roommate needed me to help him with some school project thing. I gotta meet him in, like, twenty minutes. If you see Jet tell him I stopped by, and I'll call him later to catch up. I'll see you guys around. " Dominic moved outside to where Michi was. He sat down opposite her.

"The fact that you're here says that things are worse then i thought. I've kept an eye on them all this time like your dad asked, but i haven't seen signs of that 'Key' your dad told me about. And the Darkness is gathering, I can feel it. Nathan and Hayden don't seem to suspect a thing, and Jet has gotten close to the daughter of the man who invented that renewable energy thing. Last i spoke with Jet he made it sound like they were getting very close, and i think it's dangerous. It sounds to me like the power source may be the kind of thing that draws the Heartless to our world. That's my report, what have you found out?" Dom-Dom didn't mean to sound demanding, after all Michi was his superior. He just cared for the three chosen ones, he wanted to be sure Michi had all the info, and that he could know more himself. The more he knew the better he could protect them.

Jet knew he had screwed up by bringing up Rikku's dad.

"I-I'm sorry." he stuttered. "I didn't mean...Look, I'm sure he does what he does because he loves you. When you love something, you do everything you can to make sure it's safe." he put his hand over his chest, where his heart was located. "Even if it means you give up your own life. That's the true definition of love." Jet wasn't sure where that had come from, but it seemed like the right thing to say. Rikku was something special to Jet, she was something he wanted to keep safe as well.

Talen looked at the weapon in the boy's hand he sighed and rubbed his head "You ! I'll help you but I'll have about twenty questions to ask you after..." he said brandishing his small katana and throwing it straight through one of the creatures. He took out several more before looking outside too see a giant monster emerge out of the ground, it had a huge heart shaped hole in it's stomach area. His phone rang again "Yeah I'll call you back, my hands are full...really full.." he said, running outside to face the giant beast towering over the high school campus. "Let's go big boy !!!" he said charging at the beast.

 

"My father is dead, I tried to find the source of the darkness that killed him, it's not exactly here but they've found security here and they seem to be the strongest here. We need to get the three of them out of here. I have a gumi ship at I believe you call it Coney Island, I didn't get the chance to check the map. We need to gather them, no questions to be asked and-" Michi stopped talking hearing a girl's scream she turned around and saw the group of heartless turn into the school parking lot and going to invade the school.

"Oh crap!" she exclaimed jumping up staff in hand looking up at the Empire State Building and it's red skies.

"No time to waste, grab them, I'm going to track down the source of these heartless. Get them to coney island I'm sure you remember how to find the gumi ship in stealth mode." Michi said running through the crowd of heartless swinging at groups knocking out as many as she could as she ran while still managing to dodge attacks.

 

"This is not of the darkness I seek in my mind.. it's something.. it's like-" Hayden was about to be hit by the creature. Hayden saw the creature, still charging at Hayden and Hayden saw a light and the creature was blinded. It was a heartless, creatures of darkness that commonly appeared like 100 years ago.

"... is this a weapon..?!" Hayden was surprised that he sees the keyblade in his bare hands. Hayden then holds the weapon tightly and Hayden sees Nathan currently battling the heartless onslaught.
"Nathan!" Hayden shouts at Nathan and Hayden jumps off. Hayden helps Nathan battle the heartless.

 

Jet blushed when Rikku asked her question. He wasn't sure he was ready to tell her how he felt. though he was sure she already knew it. However before he could speak the girl screamed. Jet ran to the window and saw the black monsters coming towards them.

NO! What is this!?! I have to get Rikku out of here. I have to find Nathan and Hayden! Thought Jet in a panic.

He ran to Rikku and grabbed her hand. "C'mon! we don't have time for questions! But we have to run NOW!" He led her out of the cafeteria and down the hallway. However, upon exiting the room he saw a wave of the creatures coming at them.

"Stay behind me!" he ordered Rikku. One of the shadowy creatures jumped at Jet but before it made contact A brilliant light erupted from his hand, and brought forth a giant key sword.

Keyblade, Keyblade, Kayblade.

Without a word of question Jet swung the sword at the monsters, who were destroyed in an instant.

Dom-Dom followed Michi into the school pulling out his pistol, he began to search frantically for his friends among the sea of heartless.
