Nintendo 3DS 1 Year Anniversary

Today marks the one year anniversary of the North American release of the Nintendo 3DS. For those with a decent wi-fi connection, you will receive a notification via spotpass from Nintendo. When you read the notification, it will explain to you that it's the one year anniversary of the 3DS. It also says that there is someone special waiting for you in your Mii Plaza's Plaza Gate. When you see your Mii Plaza program, it will have the blue spotpass dot at the corner. When you enter the Plaza Gate, a Special Mii, Reggie, will come to greet you. He has all puzzle swap panels and every piece to them. And he can even be used in Find Mii and Find Mii 2.
