Neutrality or Assisstance

This relates to wars so if you don't wanna read it, DON'T READ IT DEDEDE!!

I actually got this topic from school in History and my teacher said,'In WWI, the main ordeal was that.. should we remain neutral or assisst the countries in need. Now, at that time, America was a world power^__^, and could afford all the good shoit by ourselves.

After a while she asked us, to answer the following question,'Should we, in the future, assisst other countries in war'. Here's what I wrote
"I believe that we shouldn't go to war because of our economical standpoint, we would have to pull out because after the war w. Iraq, we won't be able to support other countries because..we won't have any damn money(I didn't write those last parts).

But really, if we go to any future war overseas, we might still be in economical stress up to our necks.

Then,someone said'what about the alliances made'. This still didn't change my mind.

If the countries we made alliances with don't understand..then..they're D-Bags(sorry).The countries we've made alliances with HAVE the money. WE Don't have the money. In order to secure both the allies and our powers, some treaties need to be slapped out for the time being What daya tink

 

o0o0o a war subject O.O me likes, hehe i have a very strong standpoint on my views of war.
Well. . . first off i must state that i am highly, purely, and have always been anti war and anti violence. Sooo, me personally i just hate war. . soo much, people die when they shouldnt, and people loose loved ones when they shouldnt.
They loose them because of human beings inability to realise there is somthing to life other then selfishness, and power.
Buuut, just recently i was talking with my dad, and he made me realise somthing. This somthing would be, that without the war within the world we wouldnt be able to have the very little peace we do have. If we didnt have war we would be in massive chaos, or it could be the opposites, but for the fact that human beings are really ignorant, we wouldnt be able to maintain the very little peace we have now. I hate war, soooooo much, i wish it didnt NEED to happen, but it does unfortunetly =( tis awful, buut its the way the world works, and it needs to change imo.
Buuuut neeways, bit off topic hehe sorry.

Okay okay, bk to the topic of disscussion here, I think, that if our allies do go into war [ this is assuming there wil be another war ] we shouldnt go in abbruptly after, i think that yes we should support as much as possible, and they should do the same in return, buuut there is always that chance that they might not, witch i beleive we should be careful on. Also, if we are to go into war before our alliences they should back us up aswell.
If we back them up, they should return the favour and visa versa ^.^

think i said all i wanted to say O.O got kinda distracted towards the end hehe
