Naruto: Twisted Fate OOC & SU

Story
Peace was short live in the Village Hidden Among Tree Leaves. With the death of Orochimaru, Sasuke, now leader of Hebi or Taka, plans to attack Konohagakure. Upon finding out that the Scroll of Resurrection was house in Konohagakure, Sasuke intend to use it to resurrect his fallen brother Itachi.
Hearing this scheme that Sasuke was planning, Tsunade, began training our fellow ninjas. ​

When does this take place,after the current story arc,before?It would help with figuring out what to make of the characters. highlight for spoiler -> If it is during or after this arc then some characters like Kakashi would be dead.

 

How so? Highlight: Has he died? I thought he just lost his fight against Pain, but still lived.

EDIT: (Highlight again) Nevermind. Kakashi did die. But he came back to life.

Ahh,i see now.Was on PS3 at time,cant highlight when using internet on that one

spoiler He used his sharingan ability to stop an attack from hitting Chouji,which used up the last of his chakra.We know he died cause he ends up talking to his father who is also dead.

Yeah, i also know that, then Naruto confront Pain and makes Pain realized that Jiraiya choose Naruto as child of destiny, then he revived all of dead konoha ninjas except Jiraiya. Then Sasuke confront Konoha. (haven't read the next part, but soon)

Name: Vent Kotaki

Age: 19

Gender: Male

Clan: Kotaki Clan in the Village Hidden in the Sand

Jutsu: Is a master of wind style jutsu which he uses in a variety of ways. Also has the kekkei genkai of his clan called the Stagment Veil. Using it he release any worldly limit and can move at extremely high speeds.

Appearance: 6 feet tall with green eyes. Has black spiky hair and wears his Sand headband on his right arm. Wears a black Jonin vest and black pants. Carries a pure black sword with no blade guard on his back. (sorry, no picture)

History: His parents died when he was young so he was raised by his grandfather, the leader of his clan. He became a Genin at 10, a Chunin at 13, and a Jonin at 17. He is considered the best of his clan and is next in line for leadership. Recently the Leaf has put out a call for the aid of powerful ninja. Vent accepted, ready for any mission.

Other: Skilled with his sword, has a slight superiority complex and has a short temper.
