Riku sat on one of his favorite look outs on the destiny islands. He'd just shown Waaka and Tidus a thing or two about fighting, not even getting scratched. Now he was sitting, drinkin oranage juice out of a bottle, and looking out over the ocean. "I'd wanted to leave this place so badly i'd never noticed how beautiful the ocean could be. I can see on forever." He toyed with the thought of becoming a sailor, but decided against it. He needed a good boat for one, and he didn't own one. Also his friends were still here, so he'd have to deal without.

"Riku!" He heard a young woman call. He turned to see Selphie running over to him.

"Selphie." Riku called back in surprise, before hopping off of his tree and walking across the short bridge to meet her. She was below the bridge, and was staring up at him with her hands on her hips.

"Riku, were you the one that beat up Tidus and Waaka?"

"Umm, last I checked they tried to beat ME up." Riku replied not liking were this was going. Selphie was the only person he knew that could actually scare him. Well that, and Ansem though Riku didn't even consider the guy as a human being.

"Riku, you beat them up pretty bad. Poor Waaka has a few bruises on his head."

"No doubt from his blitzball when I deflected it back to him, as surprising as that was for him. Look Selphie, they attacked me together. Not a fair fight, considering that Waaka was sitting in a tree at the time."

Selphie sighed, and seemed to relax. "Just be careful you don't break anything."

"Sure thing Selphie. So what else brought you over here?"

Selphie frowned at him. "What do you mean?"

What did I mean? Riku thought to himself. Outloud he said, "Never mind. Well, I better get back home. Gotta clean up the house a little today."

"Ok Riku, take care." And with that Selphie walked of back to were Tidus and Waaka were sitting, nursing their bruises.

Riku hopped off the bridge, and walked back to his boat to begin the ride home.

Seien sat atop one of the many sky scrapers in the world that never was, and pondered his existence. For years he'd been around without a heart, and didn't seem to care. Judgin from the memories he had of his past existence he didn't deserve one, because his previous life was that of a murderer. Without a heart he had a concept of right and wrong that was not colored by any emotions, and he could tell that he was definently in the wrong. These others though, the members of the new organization, they seemed to want back their hearts. He didn't know if they deserved them, but he didn't care.

"I wonder what the people were like from when this world was still populated by real people, and i wonder how this world ended up falling into the darkness. Such history that has been lost, if only we put our selves into trying to find out what happened as opposed to just trying to get out hearts. What fools." He heaved a heavy sigh, before standing up. "One day I will find what happened to this place, and free it from the holds of darkness that have been placed upon it. Maybe that will account for my actions."

As he walked back he considered his plans some more. He knew that he must succeed in fixing this broken world, even if it costed him his very existence, not that he did exist. It wasn't guilt that drove him, but a thought of guilt. He knew that he couldn't feel guilt without a heart. He also knew that if he did have a heart then guilt would be what he was feeling now, and so he followed that idea. Eventually he would fade away into the darkness, but until then he had a self appointed task to get on with. It was that or fade into oblivion right then.

Sheila was just sitting in her room, alone, on Destiny Island. She lived there until she was seven and had just returned. She left after her parents were killed by heartless. She left to go and fight the heartless on her own. Everyone thought she had been lost at sea, but she had returned nonetheless.

Sheila traveled to all different worlds, fighting all different heartless and showing no mercy to any of them. Darkness grew in her heart. She never submitted to it though. There were times when she was tempted to join the heartless but she was always focused of avenging the death of her parents upon those that killed them. Then, when the worlds started to separate, she was forced to go back to Destiny Islands, and when she got back, she didn't say hi to anyone, or anything. She just went to her room and skulked. She had been destroying the heartless for so long that she had nothing else to do.

So, she sits in her room, quiet and alone. Finally, she decided to get up and walk around the islands. She needed to find something else to focus on, besides fighting the heartless. She walked to the beach, to see the ocean and gaze upon it, and wonder abut all the wonders it had to offer. She walked toward the dock and saw someone jump off. She decided to go check it out.

A girl sat atop the clock tower in Twilight Town over looking the sunset. Her face was serious as she stared out at the sunset. She had just finally came back out in the world. She sighed as she stood up. "I wonder if he knows." She looked up knowing what exactly it was she was refferring to which was enough for her.

Her name is Hoshi, 16 years old, and a keyblade warrior. She has lived a tough life. When she was very young her parents took her to Ansem the Wise who studied her like a lab rat and put more light in her heart studing how it reacted. Shortly after, Maleficent came and when she came, she captured Hoshi holding her captive secretly due to the light in her heart and the threat she had at even a young age having a keyblade. After Sora defeated Maleficent she was able to escape when Hollow Bastion began to return back to normal but then she was found again by Diz, she knew from the start who he was. She wasn't afraid of him though. Diz took her and some of her light was given to Namine to assist awakening Sora while she was also put into slumper so her light would be able to help kill any possible darkness in Sora, due to that, part of her will be part of Sora.

Soon Hoshi awaken, the extra light put in her gone, however surprising she still had a keyblade and an additional power over hearts of people and the world. This confused Hoshi at first, but she's accepted it. She doesn't understand why she has this power nor does she care for the fact.

Hoshi looked one last time out at the sunset before hearing voices from below. It was kids from Twilight Town she knew they were coming up where she was at. She pulled up the hood of her cloack and quickly left going down. She passed them neither one of the kids acknowledging(that is so spelled wrong >.<) her until she had passed them.

Hoshi continued walking and walked back to the mansion. She looked up seeing a familiar face in the window. She pulled back her hood and looked up at the familiar face in the window. "Namine." She said and quickly walked inside and walked up to the white room where she sat drawing a picture. Namine walked over and looked at the picture. She was surprise by what she was drawing, it was Sora sitting on a papou tree overlooking the sunset of an island(See BBS ending/secret movie). Hoshi didn't say anything as Namine set the picture down and looked up at Hoshi before disappearing. Hoshi picked up the tablet staring at it before setting it back down.

Riku looked over to see sulky faced girl walking over to him. Funny, I've never seen her around before. She must have either come from a different town, or a different world. He wished he could compare the sky to his star chart in his room to see if any worlds were missing, when a memory hit him. It was of a younger, less unhappy, version of the same girl before him. Damn it, what's her name now? "Who are you?" He asked aloud. "I haven't seen you around here before.

"Oh, um, I'm Sheila" she said. She was shocked and a little bit scared of this boy. "I-I used to live here...but I left...a while ago...to fight the heartless". She didn't know what else to say to this person. Then it hit her. He looked like a boy who she knew on the island. She was thinking Um, wait, his name was Ri...Ri...Ri. Then she gave up trying to remediable and asked "Um, who are you, exactly?"

Hoshi once again found herself sitting up on the clock tower thinking about where Sora was in that picture. He was on some sort of island. She stood up and looked up at the sky where stars were begining to show up. 'Think about it and you can go there.' Hoshi looked around hearing Namine but thought about it some more and it was in her head. She looked up at the sky and closed her eyes she thought about the world. She opened her eyes and was surprised.

She was in a dark place. She turned around and looked behind her, there was a key shape doorway and it was the view from Twilight Town. She looked out in the distance and their was another key shape door she ran forward and looked at it. The view was inside a cave she leaned forward and suddenly felt herself suck through.

Hoshi slowly sat up rubbing the back of her head and looked around. She inside some sort of cave. On the wall appeared to be pictures drawn by kids. She stood up and ran forward and stepped out. "I'm on an island..." She said and the name came to her. "Destiny Island." She said looking around and smiled to herself.

"Riku. I was also fighting the heartless for a while. Still am I guess," Riku replied, holding his hand out to shake. "I can sort of remember your name to. Forgive me but what is it again?" he asked looking embarrassed. He usually didn't forget names, but there was a first time for everything. Still, he felt kind of dumb.

"It's Sheila" she said. "I just told you. Ah, whatever, these things happen. So, you were fighting the heartless as well? Well, I'd be interested on hearing some stories you may have. Like, where did you go to face the heartless? And what did you do? Stuff like that. Ah, I'm sorry, am I talking too much? I'll stop". Riku seemed really friendly to her, and she didn't want to ruin that friendship that might be by doing something wrong. She was also kind of nervous.

Her asking about his run ins with the heartless brought back several bad memories. Him standing on the island he'd been standing on as he helped bring the islands to ruin. Him facing Sora on Hooks pirate ship The Jolly Roger. Him facing Sora again as he took Sora's keyblade from him. Again him facing Sora as he gave himself over to Ansem. Then him facing Ansem again and again in Castle Oblivion. Him facing Roxas as he gave himself completely over to the very thing he'd been fighting.

"I'd rather not talk about the heartless," Riku managed. He did his best to lock up those memories again, and asked, "Wanna go get some lunch? I've been on this island all day and I haven't eaten."

Hoshi sat up and looked around the island and smiled but reality came to her first as she looked and saw two people, she recognized one from her run in with Sora's light and memories. "Is that his best friend...?" She started trying to remeber the boy's name. She stopped though and smelled something, it was darkness, but a sweet darkness. She closed her eyes taking in the smell. It was a bit bitter but also sweet, it sort of reminded her of an icecream as a chidl, Sea Salt Icecream. She opened her eyes again and looked at the boy, "Riku." She smiled.

"Umm, I guess that sounds OK" said Sheila. "Is there anything in particular that you want. I don't really care". She didn't know why Riku didn't want to talk about the heartless, but she decided not to say anything because she didn't want to be insensitive. Then she noticed that there was a girl looking at them. She didn't know what to do except stare at her. Wondering how she got there and why she was there.

"There's a small burger shop down on main street. We could try there. We just need to get to my speed boat. Don't worry, it isn't far."

He started to walk after the Highwind. It was his own personal joke with Sora, dating way back to the time they had raced for the right to name and captain the raft. The two of them had had a good laugh over that.
