Have you ever heard the saying, "Danger is silent"? Many people don't believe in this saying. Most say, it's a myth or a scam. Some say, it's a scary story for children. This saying is originally from a ancient Cardastrian who once dwelled on the Earth. Many sayings from these beings have gone through people's ears. Unfortunately, danger is silent to the people, esspecially in Yokohama, Japan; the largest city in Japan. Rondell Armon, an American man, is the new mayor over that city. Before he became mayor, Yokohama was runned by a clan called the Shishi Clan. Not to mention Rondell was Shishi's worse enemy. Rondell is unaware of his kind, meaning he is not human, but infact a Reian. They almost caused the extinction of Shishi. When the Shishi Clan heard about Rondell being the new mayor of their territory, it caused a huge uproar. From that day on, deaths have occured every night. It could be solved. The only problem is... nobody remembers. It seems after every killing, a spell is released causing memory lose of time. In other words, what happened that night never happened. Sadly, this has not been explained for centuries; not by humans. The ony beings who are able to stop this are the Cardastrians, the Reians, the Dekarians, and the Ligaros.

These beings have been present ever since the beginning of life. Although, their stay are short lived. This meaning they appear every 500 years, only staying for 10 years. Their lifespan are much longer than humans, making their lifespan twice as long. The Cardastrians are beings who weild the power of light. Cardastrians appear as humans to regular people, only looking their true form to non human beings. Cardastrians only appear during the day in every 500 years. The Reians are beings who weild the power of time. This meaning, they can control time and reverse it, making it seem like nothing ever happened. These beings also appear as humans, only changing by will. Reians only appear during the afternoon every 500 years. The Dekarians are beings who weild the power of darkness. Dekarians are rarely seen during the day or night. Many have wondered why. The reason is, they only appear when an eclipse has set in place. So, this means their true form is shown when an eclipse occurs. An ecplise is very rare, and can lead up 600 or more years before they apppear. Soemtimes, if angered, Dekarians form an eclipse of their own. The Ligaros are beings who weild the elements of the Earth. These beings appear anytime of the day. They appear as humans, but illuminate with the element of their power.

The Shishi Clan has been around since the BCs. Their reputation of being dangerous beasts hasn't died down. For years, they have been feared by the weak and the stronge, granting their name Shishi (japanese word for "beast"). Their nature is reckless, careless, and without remorse. Although, each member of this clan have a different way of thinking. Whenever their prey is killed, anybody who knew that person wouldn't even know the person existed. This spell is unknown the member. The leader of the clan is Raichi Miyaku.

Bio: Rondell was born in Reia; a place nowhere near Earth. He doesn''t remember anything about his childhood, nor about his parents. It often makes hime bitter. The only thing he remember is he was surrounded by a group of people. He doesn't remember who they are. He was taken to a new dwelling place called planet Earth. The location of this place is the United States of America. He doesn't know he almost caused the extinction of the Shishi Clan. He often has flashbacks of his parents being murdered, and 10 years later, he almost despose of the intruders. He doesn't know why he's having flashbacks. He was made mayor because of his stronge leadership.
