Irrational hatreds...

Like a "things you love to hate" kind of thread?

Out of date products. My fridge had some milk, almost empty I did a take the lid off and swig the beast down... Bleargh! It's out of date!!! Looking in the fridge more products which have been there for who knows how long.
Products I found after the milk were...
>Cheese
>Cake with mould
>Someone's half drunk coffee in a mug
>Sandwich with a bite taken out of it
>Something which I think was a milkshake...
>Mystery Meat
>Things I missed.

Honestly, if your going to eat/drink some things (shared products like milk excluded), finish it off and for everyone's safety. Nobody wants effects from salmonella...

 

School food, vegetables, some candy, teh word ridiculous, words I can't pronouce right for unknown reasons, snakes well reptiles in general, bugs, and most of all clowns need to go and die.

 

...hate is an interesting word choice. English :bleck: sometimes it is upsetting because we only have like 2 words for "hate"/"love." So everything needs to be based on context and tone, and we just need to be careful about what we say because we might not actually mean it the way that it seems...if that even makes any sense.

But realistically, there aren't too many things that I actually hate. Yeah, maybe things annoy me or irritate me, or evoke anger--but all of those things are different than hatred.

I just thought I'd mention that.

 

I see what you mean, and I apologise for that.

Furthermore, it does irritate me to see people who look at everything with two options that oppose eachother, like you mentioned Waterfall with the "love/hate" thing, and not considering the other feelings, emotions, definitions, etc. which can also be implied by the both of them.

 

I hate it when people are telling a funny real life story and ask "you know my brother?"

My reply in my head is,"Why the hell would I know your brother."

But I actually reply,"Not personally."

 

I hate it when people are disorganized. I tend to color code everything. I sort things unconsiously. Though it is rational at certain points in life. Especially places that are run by corporations. I volunteered at a retirement center. I was shocked at the behavior of Staff Members. It seemed that many people got paid for sitting around doing nothing.

 

Yeah, my mother used to work at one, and only her and the receptionest ever did anything....

 

I hate it when people are being really slow to do something, my impatience eventually reaches its end and I turn into a dragon, causing many people to suffer from mental burns
