Hunters (Actual RP)

Zeon grabbed his handgun and looked at it. He then had looked at the others and said "So what's the objective again when we reach this place? I don't want to go on the lifeless planet and kill pedestrians". Zeon chuckled at his own remark trying to make the other laugh.

 

Will nodded, tuning the scope on his DMR. As he slung it onto his back he looked down at the large sniper lying on the table. As the teams best sniper and quickest scouter he was bound to go first, but for some reason this mission made him very uneasy. As he made sure the scope was sighted in on his sniper he looked over to the cockpit at their pilot. He then just shrugged and looked at Wolf. "What's out ETA and what is tyhe landscape like?" He said to his friend.

 

Will nodded, knowing that it would be a tad bit different from the grassy and foresty areas he was used to. As he looked out the window and saw the dark brown of the earth a vision of SPARTAN armor of that very same shade flashed through his brain. He clicked a button in his helmet, accessing the KIA database and looked up Reach. He saw every SPARTAN name that had MIA next to it except for two. SPARTANs 119 and 122. Will and Emile. As his mind flashed memories of training with his friend Will breathed the name lightly, wondering if his friend was still out there.

 

A girl with dragon fly like wings sat in another room in a seat, many controls and a wide view of space lied in front of her. She flipped up a switch to a radio in which she overheard the others speaking.

"If you're all ready we're going to head through Mephara's atmosphere, once through it should be smooth until we land." She spoke out. She switched the switch off and hit a few buttons as the outside of the white ship started to glow red as they started fighting the atmosphere. The girl held onto the controls with ease before they were through and flowing quickly but smoothly through the air of the planet to the ground.

The ship landed and started sliding to a stop as the girl switched a switch.

"pilot Maquil, crew 582(?) Of Hunters, leader Wolf. We have sucessfully landed on Mephra." The girl, Maquel or simply Quil stated. She switched it off and switched on the onefrom earlier.

"We have safely landed on Mephra. Mephra has air of Carbon Dioxide and Nitrogen, not much oxygen so you might want to hook up oxygen breathers, if you need them." Quil stated before standing up and stepping out. She stood in her suit adjusting her gloves before a mask shot from her suit covering her nose and mouth. She sat down out with the rest of the team.

"If you're ready I'm going to shut off the ships oxygen to save on it." She told them.

 

Will nodded at Wolf, striding up to the bay doors at the back of the ship. He noticed the had just made it through the atmosphere and it was about 1000 feet from the ground as he opened the doors. He noticed they were landing as the doors slowly opened. As the door hit the ground he racked the bolt of his sniper and sprinted forward towards the nearest rock for cover. "I'll click the comm twice for everyone to move in. If I don't in 5 minutes move in anyway." Will barked, peering over the rock.

 

Zeon had heard the announcement Quil had made. He then pressed a button on his watch. As he did a mechanical plates began appearing around his body. After it fully covering his body the metal plates grew thicker. Zeon looked towards the cockpit of the ship and smiled. He then looked at Wolf and Will and said " So are we splitting up or is this a team mission?". Zeon pulled out one of his hand guns and loaded it with platinum poison bullets.

Quil nodded and the oxygen was shut off in the ship. She turned to Wolf.

"If you need me I can put the ship on invisible and have it on high security, I can scout from the sky, or I can act as back up and stay here with the ship. Doesn't matter to me." Quil told him sitting down. She looked over at Zeon and shrugged before looking back at Wolf.

 

Will looked at the man that fell in front of Wolf as he moved forward, spotting about 5 more scouts. "Wolf, we got five scouts over the ridge. Doesn't seem equipped for long range." He whispered, moving up to one of the strays heading towards the ship. As Will grabbed him and slit his throat with the knife a dull breath left the man's throat. He layed him down and continued moving. "4 left, may need another sniper to move up and help here in about 5 minutes.

 

Will nodded and turned his cloaking on his armor. "Radar shows the 4 on the ridge, and two down near what seems to look like a false rock shelf. Makes me think the rock shelf is the entry to the base and got two guards with cloaking down there." He said, lifting a silencer from his belt puch and sliding it onto the barrel, screwing it on tight. he aimed at where the radar pointed and clicked a dial on his scope, turning on thermal. "Wolf, the two near the rock face are there. Thermal picks them up. I repeat, use thermal to find cloaked enemies." He breathed, keeping the scope aimed down at the two by the rock face.

 

Will nodded and watched the ripple of their armor. "The cloaking is on their vests, aim for the head, make it clean, right through the visor." Will whispered, scope on the left guard's head as he dialed the zoom in just a touch, the crosshair right in the center of the visor. "Fire right after me... now!" He barked, firing through the guard's visor and slinging his DMR from his back. It already had the silencer installed so he aimed at the other 4 guards patrolling the ridge.

 

Zeon smiled and said "Well done guys". He then heard movement near by. "Guys we have company....I think they know we are here"Zeon whispered. He then moved swiftly away from the ship. Zeon had moved so swiftly his steps couldn't even be heard. Zeon had caught up with the others. "So Quil you think you'll be ok on your own?"Zeon said as he looked back towards the direction of the ship.

 

The rhythm of his double jointed feet hitting the ground as he moved on from behind, Grayson adjusted the silencer reducing sound and the muzzle flash from his handgun. He hadn't been too sure as to why he was necessary on a team with already so many other scouts and went over the option of changing his class for the mission.
Pfft, too reckless... He thought, nodding his head as he crouched and shifted against the dark of the walls. He wasn't sure anyone on this team even knew his name besides the callsign if anything, and he was glad. If things were to get ugly, it would only be the Commander who recognized his true name.
Cocking his pistol, Grayson looked up ahead as the Commander had been compromised and turned to his second in command for further instructions.
