    it's not just about Police, but how ppl in high positions act, what they do, how they think they can give orders and not do what the rules say.

    Not all people in authority are as corrupt as the wording of your sentence leads one to believe.

    My uncle is a cop and I've never seen him act in a way which made me suspect that he thought he was better than us and able to do whatever he felt like because he was the law.

    Yes, there are going to be some people in power who try to get away with as much as they can, but is that the norm? I sure as hell hope not.
