House of Sorrows OOC/Sign up Thread

The Elensberg mansion is a government owned property used to help children with trauma, mental illness, and kids who are just plain crazy.
The children come from many different backgrounds but all of them have been left behind by their families. What the public does'nt know about this place is that the kids are never allowed to leave. Children are under fed and given poor medical care.
The government performs weird experiments on the children here. Some have even died.

Will their sorrow ever end? Will they ever be free?

Bio: Levi can't remember his early life, all he remembers is that he once lived as an orphan till a family adopted him. This family abused him and beat him for five years. They eventualy died from in an accident involving drugs, Levi was never given the details though. The police decided Levi was traumatized and sent him to the Elensberg mansion where he has lived for 2 years.
