    my sketchbook cover quote. QQQ
    I went back to traditional art..
    around July or so?
    either way, I did my "very first" graphite sketch.
    (not really my first)

    Time: 9 hour line art, 6 hour shade, 15 hour total.
    Tool: 0.5 lead pencil, 9B to H pencil, cotton swab, paintbrush,
    kneaded eraser, ordinary eraser, + photoshop for all those stuff
    you can't do with ordinary stuff and what not.
    Reference: click here, please TTwTT

    my paper is white, but scanner lovez to art quality. QQQ
    so I took it outside with my camera, and it made my paper look blue-gray.
    so in conclusion, my paper is white not blue-gray.

    Sheik I by *rose6211 on deviantART - Sheik from Legend of Zelda
    will be doing more.

    It looks great better than anything i could draw.

    Sheik's left arm looks longer than the right. It doesn't look like a perspective thing.

    thank you, Angel :D

    it probably is... and I think you're right;
    in that case, ...I blame the reference. (オツ)

    This.

    I think the proportions are slightly off, and I can't tell if it's just my eyes or not. There's the arm like Angel said, which looks too short in comparison with the other (because if the one that's bent was straight, it'd be quite a bit longer), but then there's something about the legs, too. Or maybe it's that the waist/hip area could be a little curvier. I'm not sure. >_< But I think you did a nice job working with the reference and for all my nitpicking it does look very nice. ^_^

    to be honest, when I drew the armz, they were slightly off,
    but I did correct them ...but ..they're still off by like.. couple centimeter or so?
    and yea, when I observed the reference, I think the reference was off too.
    not that i'm blaming the reference or anything, but I mean ...
    I just copied the whole reference TTwTT

    nonetheless, thank you very much Kitty >w<

    Not even that much. It's just like a little smidge, but that could be because of the pose, because I don't think the character is facing square on to the camera, not completely anyhow.

    XD

    oooouuuuuuuuu... I never noticed that. -facedesk-
    oh well; I'm satisfied enough with it that it doesn't bother me.
    I wasn't aiming for it to be 100% exact, so I'm fine with how it is :D

    thankz for all of your feedback ;w;

    It's just a very slight angle to the right side (from the character's perspective); it's easy to miss. XD

    That's the important thing anyhow.
