    Just wanted to say hello. One of my favorite games was KH although I never played the subsequent games thereafter. Looking into playing KH2 and figured I would check out the forums to see if it was worth it. Not sure if I should play something else instead.

    Well hello and welcome welcome to the Forum!

    Should you play KH2?!?!! The answer is YES!! it's my favorite of the franchise and it has the most story out of all of them. Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD Remix is coming out this fall for PS3 So maybe wait for that. Because it'll have all the updated content from previous years.

    KH2 was the best KH game ever in my opinion! Also suggest 358/2 days, birth by sleep, ddd. Bit chains of memory though cause that gameplay sucked, I do however suggest watching the cut scenes on YouTube haha.

    Anyways welcome, I'm remedy, and I'm in the graphics team here. Hope to see yu stick around!

    Yes, you should definitely play KH2. Birth By Sleep is a must as well. If you want to play Birth By Sleep on a console, you can wait until II.5 ReMIX comes out in December, then you can have both KH2 and Birth By Sleep. :3

    KH2 is worth it and if you can, you should try the English patched KH2FM+ on an emulator like I did. If you want to be more legal, I suggest waiting for KH2.5 instead.
    Just know this, some things used in KH2 English will be very different in KH2FM+.

    Also, Like suggested by everyone KH2 is worth the play through as well as BBS and DDD.
    So, yeah just wait for 2.5 HD ReMIX.
