Health Care Reform

As most of you know the senate is currently debating a health care reform bill that they hope will give health care to everyone in America.

Now there are certain things that are keeping it from passing.

1. Federal Funding for Abortions
2. A Government Run Public Health Care Plan
3. The cost of the Bill.

Now for a long time I have been against this bill because of the above issues but now I have listened to what some senators are saying and this may surprise you but there is a way I can actually support this bill with the democrats.

What some senator's are suggesting is that instead of a public option that everyone would get the same health care as members of congress. In other words the health care we would get would be federaly supervised but privatly offered.

Now if this is the type of health care they are offering and if they agree not to give federal funding for abortions then I will finally side with the democrats on something and support this health care bill.
