Hand of Man RESTARTED OOC/SU

Quantum. A new element founded by the Japanese in the highest moutains.
A hiker came across the substance, said it could change shape, said it was "metal that was alive".

It was soon mined and used for weaponry. It was stronger than any substance on earth...but it could change. It would change from a solid to a liquid to a gas, and then back to a solid. But it would do it all on its own.

The element was soon studied, and was seen to be a perfect match for an element for human enhancers.

The United Nations quickly issued a terrorist attack cover up as to why the substance disappeared.
No one heard of Quantum ever again.... until He came.

World War Three, The UN had pushed Russia's buttons for to long. The Chinese pulled the plug on AMerican trade, and America and most European nations FLIPPED SHIT.

They attacked Russia, even though it was China's fault. They blamed evcerything on the Russians.

Assassination after assassination occured on Russia prime mInisters. The Russian Military prepaired for the worst.

The Chinese met with the Russians and Middle Eastern countries, such as Iran, Iraq, and Egypt. The game was set.
But now the Queens would attack.

Israel bombed Iran and Iraq. Nukes given to them by America.

The Chinese were surrounded by Traitorous North Korea, Mongolia, India, and Kazakhstan.
They were soon bombarded and destroyed.
Georgia was the first to attack Russia. The RUssians soon silenced Georgia, and then the European countries came together (all except Ireland and Scotland), and attacked Russia's Western Border.

The UN were in control.
CHina was silenced, and was forced back into trade for both the European nations AND America.
The Middle Eastern Nations were annihalated, and Russia was cornered.

And then, He came.
From nowhere.
Mainstream called him a terrorist. He destroyed American militant systems and head quarters...from the inside out some say.

He was unknown, he carried many aliases.

He was the mysterious figure among the people of America. Some called him a hero, but to most, he was a villain...
