Halloween Bash 1st Round Match - Desert Warrior vs. Curtis8494

Arena: Ancient ruins covered in a slight mist. There is no roof to the ruins, so moonlight illuminates the entire area. It is a full moon, but the clouds occasionally block out the moonlight. The ruins themselves cover approximately 250 square yards. Outside from the ruins, barren wastelands go on for another 250 square yards. After that, a canyon surrounding the entire area. The bottom of the canyon cannot be seen, but whoever falls down there will die.

Battle start

At the center of the ruins, demonic runes formed. Flames began gathering at the focal point. They became greater and greater until they exploded. At the place of the flames stood a demon. He looked up at the sky. "The clouds cover the moon right now. As long as the moon is hidden, I will inflict infinite pain to my enemy."

 

Dullahan saw Will in the distance. "Finally. A soul to torture." The demon grinned. He ran towards this enemy. The earth began shaking with each step. Dullahan swung his whip with his left arm. The whip snapped towards Will, getting ready to burn his target on contact.

 

"Come out come out wherever you are." The demon grinned. "You can't hide from me." Dullahan swung his sword, cutting through the pillair right above Will. "Hellburst." The demon muttered. The ground underneath Will began to glow. It then exploded with hellfire. At the same time, Dullahan swung his whip in a vertical directing, ready to come down upon Will if he were to jump up to dodge the Hellburst.

 

"Your flames are nothing compared to the power of Hellfire." The demon smirked. "Before you die, explain to me the extent of your connection to the moon." The demon ran and jumped into the air, swinging down with both sword and whip with incredible force. The air around the weapons began to burn from the friction.

 

"I feel you're holding back." The demon spoke right in Will's face. "If that's the case, I present you with two options. Die not holding back, or hold back and be dragged down to Hell." The demon kicked Will away from him. "Retribution of the Dead." The surrounding fog began to gather itself to take multiple shapes. Several figures formed themselves out of the fog. The tortured souls began walking towards Will. When they got close enough, they all started tearing at him, trying to rip him apart with their hands.

 

"The mutt has revealed himself." The demon chuckled to himself. The souls began forming themselves again. They all gathered in front of Dullahan, getting inbetween him and Will. "Hellburst." The demon muttered. The ground underneath Will again exploded with Hellfire.

 

The souls moved forward to block Will from reaching Dullahan. Making themselves into a wall, they slowed down Will's movement. They did not stop him though, dissapating as Will broke through them. At Will hit Dullahan, his Hell Aura burned Will's claws. Because Will attacked physically, Dullahan took the full damage from Will's attack. But because Will was physically touching Dullahan, Will too was getting burned. Dullahan smacked Will off of him. "I think I prefered you as a human. Ultimate Darkness." The entire area lost all light. It was pitch black for Will, the moonlight cut off from him. Dullahan could see, but that was only because he was a demon.

"Hellburst." Dullahan made another explosion of Hellfire in front of Will. At the same time, he snapped his whip at Will, breaking the ground in front of him. "Retribution of the Dead." The souls started forming themselves again. They all grabbed at Will and pulled him down to the ground. Dullahan walked up to Will. "This battle is over." The demon took his sword and stabbed down towards Will's body.

 

The souls formed themselves into a shield for Dullahan. They were the ones to get hit. Dullahan just laughed mockingly. "Did I not tell you before? Your fire will not harm me. Not when I live off of the Hellfire." The demon snapped his whip, wrapping around Will's sword. He started pulling Will's sword away from him.

 

Dullahan just laughed. The ice melted and evaporated before actually touching him. "Hellfire cannot be extinguished. There is no hope for you in this fight. Hellburst." More explosions occured underneath Will.
