Many called it god's wrath others called it salvation from a world that was
breaking apart, but many still refer to it as Angel Syndrome. It still has no
classification the CDC and USAMIRID are still studying to this day, it's
chemical structure and way of spreading are all completely alien to any
government Organization. It first appeared in Japan ten years ago and wiped out
half of Tokyo's population, the symptoms were strange and spotted quite easily,
hair turned white, eyes turned bright yellow, ironically physical abilities were
increased to the point that hefting a car was no problem, and the most notable
one was the abilities most obtained. However most died a day after the symptoms
reached their peak no one was able to create a cure and the survivors currently
live in a facility off the coast of Hawaii. After ten years of this syndrome
striking at the world it suddenly disappeared.

What people don't know is that the survivors are being kept prisoner and are
being trained to create a team that will be used to attack and steal resources
from almost all country's. New patients of the syndrome are also being created
by getting injected with the samples of the syndrome. It takes about five
hundred people infected to get one survivor the test subjects are often
kidnapped then reported as killed. Currently the leaders of the operation are
The Moderator and The Veterans, the moderator is the first survivor and the
Veterans are the next five survivors all of which have mastered the effects of
the syndrome, then there's the Newbies which are learning to control their
powers. The newbies are often young who have their memories wiped and are told
that their parents gave them to the program.
