Groups and Teams

    Well, there is already The Moonlight Studio's team, I am wondering if we could get a few other teams together and get competitive? Just create social groups (http://kh-3.net/forums/site-news-announcements/1790-social-groups.html) and maybe a sub forum can be added with passwords for each team?

    I know it may be a bit complicated and some people will say it will split the forum, but I don't think it will if we have some friendly competition. I.E - Monthly Sig comps, Fan art comps and Poetry comps etc etc.

    Sounds like a idea. and each team could have there own userbars tags, user titles etc. i love the ideas everyone is coming up with.

    This is intersting, it'll have to stay friendly, I say we do it, the minute it get's to competive meaning bad and stuff we stop it.

    Isn't that is called "clan"? I think we should create a clan discussions (like competiting each other, and a thread only for members clan.)

    Would there be specifics about these competitions? And would the Arcade Staff or Kings of the Arcade be considered a team? And the site staff too?

    Sounds like good ideas here, I don't think the staff teams are considered those types of teams. Staff teams are there for one purpose only and that's to help manage the section there in. It's got nothing to do with competing in the more regular stuff.

    I think it's probably best to have a new section on the site for clans. If you form a clan or team you will need to create your own usergroup for it and if we find you're regular and become an established team, you can apply to form a new clan (i.e. you get a sub-forum in the clans section). However to begin with we will have limits and probably only allow a maximum of 3 clans.

    If things run smoothly we will increase the limits, otherwise the whole thing will get abolished. Sound like a plan ?

    Yeah, and every week, an admin or supermod judging for clan/team of the week for a team/clan achivement for sigs that clans made each week and clan's high score average, it's like a league. How about it? :D

    Okay, seeing that there is a forum dedicated to these clans, will there be a sub forum for each individual clan? And if so, would those sub forums be accessible to the members only?
