Final Fantasy Versus XIII Gameplay Trailer!

Dammit, I knew I should've gotten the PS3 instead of the Xbox 360. Well, whatever.

Having only looked at gameplays and trailers of all the main-story FF games, this one seems to top it all; graphics, gameplay(s), and possibly the story (from what I see in that link). I like how it's in real-time rather than turn based, different ways of fighting, and even high-jacking enemy vehicles. All that being dressed in formal clothing.

The graphics in the beginning were simply amazing. If it weren't for the perfectly smooth skin, I would've thought they were real people.

 

PS3 or not, I don't care if KH3 comes out anytime soon. The main reason why I want Versus to come out already is because of how long it's been in production. I want to play this game more than KH3, so I'm hoping that I can get a job and buy a PS3 before it comes out.

First (somewhat) "real" (it is on a superior console and not online) FF to be able to jump at any time? I'm sold. Jumping, barrel rolling enemies from helicopter things, scaling buildings with giant halberd/lances, combat menu with magic as the second option, third/first person shooting, 2 allies during battle? It is KH =P
Worth waiting for KH3? I suppose it doesn't matter anymore, we've waited long enough.
And is this related to FFXIII in anyway? I'm guessing I'll have to finish it sometime now =\

 

i doubt it.by looking at it,u can tell that this,and Agito,are no where near the original FF13.i would've just called them Final Fantasy 15 and 16.but this is my opinion.maybe the characters from Versus and Agito will be seen in FF13-2?

Okay exclude Ex-Arts. The command system in FFXIII-Versus feels so much like KH that I'm in love. I've been watching trailers for this game since before FFXIII came out and I'm still brutally excited for this game. Noctis is a charm might I add, he kind of looks like he should be Sasuke's twin brother from the anime series Naruto... Coincidence? The graphics on top of it all look amazing and I'll be sure to get it as soon as it comes out. (I'll drop cash for this game and hopefully not regret it. I paid over 70$ for FFXIII since I bought it right when it was released >.<)

As for whether or not it's worth the delay for KH3, I'll say yes. Final Fantasy always has crisp and cutting edge storylines and I'm nervous as to where KH3 is heading for.

 

Looks boss. Loving the battle system.

As for the delay, I say let them take their time. I don't want another half assed addition to the Kingdom Hearts series.
