Square-Enix did it again! A new Final Fantasy Hit, Final Fantasy Tactics A2. Here is what I think of the game.

    Story - 8/10

You are Luso, a spunky kid, who hates school and enjoys a fun time with his friends. A young lag who is constantly worrying about not hurting his dear aunt, aw so sweet. Summer has final come, and you are ready to leave school, but you been naughty! So your punishment is: Cleaning the Library! Yah! Upon entering the library, you find no one there. Trying to get a head start, you begin cleaning, but you stumble upon a book. (Sound Familiar?) Thinking the book is old, you flip through, but to find that its pages are blank, except for one page, a page that have a strange message. It ask for a hero's name, and you enter yours!

Whoosh! You have been transported to Ivalice, the real Ivalice, where FF XII takes place. But silly you, you landed in a middle of a battle. In order to survive in this world, you are force to join a clan, which I was disappointed that it wasn't Nutsy, but Gully.

This story was okay. It wasn't original and your whole point is trying to find a way home by filling up the book with your adventures. Sounds fun, eh?

    Graphics - 8/10

Scions make an appearance in the game. You know does Zodiac Espers in Final Fantasy XII. So you get double the power! Espers and Summons! Trust me, those are the best graphics you will ever find in the game. Most of the attacks, look the same but have different names. I swear the enemy have cooler attacks than the hero.

    Gameplay - 10/10

The game play is awesome! The best out of strategy role play games. The A.I. system is good and smart. You have new battle responses. With out magic, you can cast Haste or Protect with out using no MP! If you choose wait, your turn will come faster than in previous games. The gameplay is easy to get into, old or new.

    Pros -

New Races and New Jobs - A2 introduce us two new races, Seeqs, warriors who excel in physical comabat, and Grias, female warriors who can fly, and new jobs that are better than before.

Judge System - Yes there are laws, but if you are a good little warrior, then you will be rewarded! Rare items!

    Cons -

Can't name your members - Sorry nope.

Items - Items, i.e. weapons, armor, and accessories are not available through the story. You have to make them at the bizarre, which is a hassle. You don't know what item you are making nor what items you need. Just go with the flow!

    Final Words - 8/10

This game is not WOW like PSX's Final Fantasy Tactics, but it is fun. The characters are memorable and they are kawaii! The battles are not that hard, so anyone can play!

I think the story should be around 4/10. But everything else is about right. I was disapointed by the lack of story, But the extra 100 missions compared to number 1 almost(not quite) made up for it.
