    This villain is sadly overlooked. I know that the levelling system on II can be a chore (probably an understatement) but this villain was complex for the 8-bit era.

    At first he becomes the Emperor of Hell, blatant evil.
    Then he returns as the Emperor of Light, a deceiver.
