Anyone noticing anything interesting? Seems like more of the same to me, which frankly, I'm ok with.

Looks like a lot more versatility in terms of terrain navigation; really hoping that the leap of faith at :50 wasn't just a transition point between areas. I'd assume that worlds are going to be way larger and with more nooks and cranies to go spelunking in. Looks like I need to finally update my gaming system to experience this one first hand. Can't sure from the video, but fluidity in moving through a world would be a nice touch.

New keyblades? I swear there was only 1 keyblade in Sora's hand the entire time. That being said, I had heard some speculation about this keyblade (After all, why would a demo or a trailer show Sora wielding anything but the Kingdom Key?). Basically there are two big guesses as to that keyblade.
    1. Each keyblade gets its own transformation. So basically that keyblade would transform into the dual guns while other keyblades would transform into other things.
    2. That keyblade is there to replace the Kingdom Key. Basically because the Kingdom Key was originally supposed to be Riku's, this keyblade would be Sora's own unique keyblade.
Aside from that, I've got to say that the Tangled world shown is positively massive. Bigger than anything they've ever had before. I'm really hoping that every world is equally as large. Also I'm a bit curious as to why the pathway to the Abandoned Mansion in Twilight Town is sealed off.

Finally, I'm really curious about Xehanort's keyblade. Minor spoiler here (Includes bits about Dream Drop Distance).

In the 2.5 HD Remix, there were 2 scenes added to the Re:Coded cutscenes that weren't in the DS game. The second scene is the very last scene and it shows Braig talking to Young Xehanort in the computer room in Radiant Garden with the unconscious bodies of Organization XII members numbers III-VII (Dilan, Even, Aelus, Ienzo, Isa, and Lea). Braig mentions that Xemnas isn't around so he's already started planning the next step (Dream Drop Distance), and that Braig has his own plans. Young Xehanort then talks about how every keyblade bearer is given there own special keyblade. As such, with more and more keyblade bearers appearing, more keyblades were created. Young Xehanort then mentions that the keyblade used by Master Xehanort is the oldest of all the keyblades and that he obtains it later in his life (Which explains why he uses a keyblade similar to No Name when Riku fights him). And then Braig asks which unfortunate soul will be taken by Young Xehanort and he smiles with the scene ending. Obviously he takes Isa to become one of Xehanort's thirteen vessels of darkness.

So yeah, with that spoiler in mind and the scene near the end with Young Xehanort looking at that keyblade, I am really curious about it. I also know there was some speculation about it when considering things about the KH online game.

There's 2 keyblades. One seems to be from Olympus Coliseum. The blade is a Greek figure holding a lightning bolt, plus its keyblade transformation summons Pegasus and a chariot.

Simple. The first two trailers had Sora wielding the Kingdom Key. This trailer wanted to show Sora's two new keyblades along with their keyblade transfromation: Dual Guns and Pegasus Chariot.

Of course there will be new plot, enemies and weaponry, as well as graphics/physics capabilities - that's why it's a new game and not KH2 for PS4.

When I said more of the same, I meant that it invokes the same feelings that the previous games had, has the same flavour and didn't deviate horrendously from a good thing they had going.

The way games are being made these days, that's a realistic fear that they've alleviated with this demo. So yes... It's more of the same. KH3 will feel like a KH title, and not a... *sigh* road trip.

I don't understand....is it not supposed to feel like a KH title from the KH franchise. Were you expecting some wild deviation in the end title of the series? i confused here as to what you were expecting.

That's like saying " Assassins creed feels like and assassins creed game"

I agree, when I watched the demo, I felt a sense of nostalgia for KH II especially. Clearly there are differences in the gameplay, keyblades, heartless, costumes, and so on, but I still felt like I could be watching someone playing KH II. And to me, that's a good thing. The developers could have chosen to really shake things up with this game and go in a completely different direction, and so far, it doesn't seem like they have.

I don't know why you're assuming that I'm complaining - I LIKE that it feels like good old KH.

This is precisely what I hoped for. I was expecting a wild deviation yes, as many of my beloved franchises have been doing. Many devs these days are trying to be trend setters, butchering their series in search of the next big thing. But that would be a bad thing.

Same good, different bad. If you reread my posts you'll see that I look at this trailer favourably.

I kind of hope that this installment will bring in a few more of the Disney CGI projects.

Has there been any confirmation on the complete world roster?
