Bio: Vegna is the last of the vegeta legacy and that is the main thing that drives him. Vegna has been alone ever since his mother and father died 13 years ago. He will not sit around while he is the last Sayian with the vegeta name. He searches for the one who will help him restore his legacy and will defeat anyone who stands in his way. He is one of the very few sayians left that still have their monkey tail.

Personality: Very confident, and talented when it comes to fighing.

Powers they have gained (can't be too powerful): Galic gun, meteor strike(powerful multi-blast attack), Sayian spirit(increases puch and kick strength) also has a sword(seen in appearence photo).

Personality: Evil and twisted, Icer is not one to give mercy. Though he is very honorable and will spare those peoples life who have earned it in combat,

Background: Icer is the Grandson of Cooler, he follows in his grandfathers foot steps in many ways. He has acquired a 5th form like his grandfather, he also takes a liking to his ki based attacks. Though the only thing he does not follow in, is his fighting style. Icer, like his race, has done what he does best. Destroy planets and sell them to the highest bidder. He has a universal breaking record of how many planets detroyed and sold, which broke his Grandfathers record by two times as many. He has set out for a new planet, that so far has caused trouble for his planet that, his Grandfather, Great Grandfather, and Great Uncle failed at destroying. Though he has many reasons for coming to this planet, his top one being a secret to all, but himself.

Fighting Style: Icer prefers the hand to hand combat. He also likes to use his tail like a third arm, and will to show off or brag will result to using his feet like hands and only using his feet. He likes the quick agile attacks and goes for the weak points of the body. He will though, to make
sure that he is unpredictable go to full out brute power attacks, to keep his enemies from guessing his next attack or to look for a pattern.

Name: Death lasso
Type: special

Required Stats: death beam
Description: Death Lasso is a varient of Death beam. The user fires a normal death beam, but before contact with the victim, the user gives a quick circular motion with the used finger and jerks back to rap the user in the death beam, from the the User can swing the user around into the enivorment, to hold still while preparing another attack, anything. The more the victim squrms the more the death beam tightens, the lasso eventually grows weaker over the longer amount of time it is being used, until eventually the victim breaks free and it shatters or cuts through the beam.

Required Stats: Telekinesis and Image projection
Description: Using image projection and telekinesis, the user makes multiple images (any amount to 10) and can use telekinesis to make the copies hard and solid. Or use the surrounding enviroment objects to fill the copies up and then keep them solid. Each copy through telekinesis is given a fake power level around that of the user to help with distracting the user. The copies can easily be dispurst with strong enough ki blasts and beams. Phyiscal contact will also do so, with a little more strength.
Learning: Icer learned this move from thinking of combing the two moves. It can be easily taught by Icer or on own with a little thought.
