    Hey. Anyone here ever battled online through Ad Hoc battles? I am trying to do this through my computer but I am not sure how to actually do this? Trying to see if I can worm my way through battling people with my Terra and Ultimecia. Did anyone even play online actually?

    You need a PS3 to do true online battles.

    -_- That is the problem. I do not have a PS3. Also, I have heard that I can still get online thorugh XLink Kai but it did not work for me for I don't know whatever reasons.

    All PSP's can do it. Look up some tutorials on how to do it. This for example.
    YouTube - Ad-hoc party wireless tutorial for PS3
    I haven't done it myself but I think it involves connecting your PS3 directly to the modem/router (so not wireless) and then connecting your PSP to it through wireless. Anyway, good luck to all who try to do it.

    There's also another way which does not involve a PS3 which is the Xlink Kai. I'm not too savvy with it but then again, there are tutorials everywhere about it.

    wait so im confused.i have Dissida for the PSP and i have a PS3.can i play online by plugging my PSP into my PS3 with my USB cord,or do i have to buy Dissidia off of the Playstation Store on the PS3?

    no need to buy it (the game) off the Playstation store. BBS is an example, you can adhoc online play but cannot purchase it off the Playstation Store.You just need to download the Adhoc party add on from the Playstation Store. from there I'm not too sure what to do next. In time, I'll see you guys on Dissidia sometime, yeah?

    Thanks that should help.I'll probably buy the Adhoc party add on so i can play with you. it's been a while since i played dissidia so i might be rusty with my best characters(cloud,sephiroth and squall)
