Death Note, The New Kira OOC & SU

It's been thirteen years after the death of Light Yagami, Kira. Crime has gone back to the way it was before Kira began his attempt of making a 'new world.' N has grown up and continues to stop crime, even though it is a bit diffucult. Fortunately, he has an apprentice who helps him every step of the way. Unfortunately, Ryuk has been held up in the Shinigami Realm for another thirteen years. He and another Shinigami are growing bored. And it dosen't help N.............when the Shinigami's drop their Death Notes, causing another Kira to appear.

DEATH NOTE RULE ONE
The human whose name is written in this note shall die
DEATH NOTE RULE TWO
This note shall become the property of the human world once it touches the ground of arrives in the human world

The only consciences from usinh this note is that the human that uses this note can neither go to Heaven nor Hell.........that's all

A max of six Death Notes are allowed in the human world which means the max a Shinigami may carry is four
There can be only one Kira but others that have a Death Note may join them if they can
