Well... if anyone one is up for alternate suggestions about who's going to be New Light issue, we could probably have two Kiras, pushing away at the fact of Sappy love story of Light and Misa...? I wouldn't mind if i was a second Kira or some other oddball that had connection with either 'Kira' or 'L'..

Bio: While he hasn't been exposed to Kira's reign directly, he grew up with it's aftereffects. At age 10 he began researching the Kira saga, and at about age 16 he was out of high school, moving onto bigger things. He supported Kira. . . . Now, he's in his last year of college, and passing with a breeze. (He skipped a year of THAT too.)

 

Er question: is Ryuk still around or what.. and make up a bunch of new Shinigamis?

Personality: Over Confident, Cocky, Cheerful, a bit clumsy but quite intelligent.

Habits: Always cheerful, even during the worst times. Usually getting things wrong so when he gets or does something right, he will brag about it and perhaps over do it at times. A clumsy man but will appear as if he was born to do the job as if it were luck, his destiny or perhaps because he's just a bit sober. Seems to always carry a flask. What's in it, no one knows but himself. Quite Trigger happy as well, literally trigger happy.

Bio: An everyday policeman somehow making himself join the big game even with his clumsiness. He usually misses the action when duty is called but when he is there, he can either be the best friend you have or the worst person to be around with when things start heating up. The scar on his face tells a story which he is always more than happy to tell.
Through his clumsy attitude, he is actually quite intelligent. Because of this odd behaviour, he has been called upon by none other than Zero himself about a new "Kira" on the loose.
