    It was at my library. It's an American Manga. I read about half of it but its great.

    Daniel possesses the power to create with his mind. At a young age, Daniel experiences the death of his parents by the hands of an alien, Number 1 The Prayer, who was in search of the black list, a list of all top wanted aliens equivalent to our FBI Most Wanted. Daniel escaped The Prayer's grasp with the black list and has grown into a handsome young man able to create and bend things with his mind. Daniel targets aliens on the list so he can be technically classified as an alien hunter. When lonely or in trouble, Daniel can create his parents or friends with their own subconscious. They are as real as Daniel but are they really figments of his imagination?
