Ah Johto. The Region where adventures and mysteries begin. I remember my journey when I was little. I had great times and met many pokemon. Yep, those were good times. But now this isn't about me. Its about you. It seems that you have come to that age where you must take that journey, Heart. I would be honored that you would go on a journey for me. I know you will do a good job because I can see that you care about pokemon and that is a great trait to have. So good luck, Heart.

Chapter 1: The road to New Bark town part 1

"......Its quiet." "The house is quiet and Silver is gone. Heh. I guess it doesn't matter. He was bound to go anyways just because father left... I miss him." Heart was laying on his bed sleeping as the sun started shining on his face through the windows across from him. His eyes slowly started opening as the light shined on them. "Gah. Make the sun go away." He then grabbed his blacnket and covered his face. "There." "All better." Then all of a sudden, a knock on his door happened. "Heart...." "Are you up?" Heart groaned as he pulled the blanket off of his face. He then said "Now I am. Anyways, you can come in." The door then opened as a tall man with glasses on his face, dark blue hair, dressed in white clothes walked into Heart's room. He looked at Heart and said "Good morning Heart." Dakota groaned again and said "Good morning Uncle Vinici." Vinici smiled and said "I bet you're happy about today, are you?" Heart then said "What day is that?" Vinici gasped and said "Why its the day for your first Pokemon of course!" After a few seconds it was quiet until Heart jumped out of bed and said "Oh my gosh you're right!" "I have to go!' As he quickly ran to the shower to get ready, Vinici stood there with a smiled on his face as he laughed. "Hehehe. Oh well. Boys will be boys."

 

Chapter 1 part 2

After taking a short shower and getting dress quickly Heart ran downstairs to grab some breakfast. As he descended down the stairs, Heart saw Vinici sitting on a chair at the table eating a plate of eggs, bacon, and toast. As he kept eating, he glanced at Heart who was walking his way to the table. He smiled and said "Well." "It seems that you're ready." Dakota nodded and said "Yeah well I'm excited." He then looked at Vinici and said "Today, I'm going to prove that I can match him." Vinici finished his food and looked at Heart as he said "Heart. Don't go down the path he did." Heart looked at him and said "Heh. Don't worry. I won't go down his path." Vinici sighed and said "I hope you mean it."

 

Chapter 1 part 3

That is when the grandfather clock in the right hand corner of the room started going off. At the sound of 3 rings, Vinici looked at time and then said with a smile on his face "Well look at the time. You better get going." Heart then nodded and said "Yep. Well then, I guess I'll see ya later then, Uncle Vinici." That is when he grabbed his back pack and headed towards the door. He then turned his head back to Vinici who was looking at him from his seat. The two exchange a sorrowing glance and then Vinici, with a smile on his face, said to nephew "Yeah. I guess this is a goodbye but listen Heart, I'll always miss you, no matter what. Ok?" Heart was really touched by his words. He put on a smile and then nodded as he said "Ok, uncle. Take care, ok?" "Ok, I will." Heart then gave a big smile and left the house with door closing behind him. That is when Vinici started gazing at his plate of food as drops of water fell on them. "Take care, Heart." His eyes then gazed at a picture of two young boys dressed in black. One with red hair and the other with dark brown. They were hugging and smiling at the camera.

As he kept walking away from the house, Heart stopped and looked back at his home as he kept crying tears of embodied sadness. "Good bye, Uncle Vinici." He then started leaving towards his destination, New Bark town.

 

Well thank you for your comment. Sorry about my beginning, I swear it will get better. As for the parts, I don't know about posting them as one long chapter, I might not have the time to do them like that. THough I will try to get them done as one chapter at a time.

As he walked away from his home, Heart had a calm, cool aura surrounding him. He was really excited, being this is the first time he ever left home and now he's is going to New Bark Town, where he will get his first pokemon. "This is it. This is my chance to become one of the greatest trainers ever and this will show him that I will become champion. Just wait, brother." As he said that, a loud roar raged through the air. He jumped and said "What was that?!" He then quickly looked around to find the source of the mysterious sound. "Where could it be?" That is when he decided to find the source, wondering what it could be. "I wonder if its some strange pokemon or something even more amazing." As he looked in the forest that was near his house, he kept hearing the strange roar closer and closer to him. As he got closer, he said to himself quietly "So close. So dang close!" When he went past a few trees, he saw it. He saw a giant blue and white wolfish creature with a purple flowing mane. It was laying on the ground, crying out in pain. "This pokemon. Its hurt really bad." He walked towards it slowly and cautiously, making sure it doesn't move. When the pokemon saw him. it roared at Heart, who was still trying to get closer to it. He crouched down and looked at one of it's paws. "It's sprained. I'm going to have to heal it." That is when he brought out his backpack and got a potion out. He looked the pokemon and said "Don't worry, you'll be fine." He then sprayed the arm and said "You'll be fine now. Ok?" He then smiled at it, got up, and kept on walking. As he walked away, the pokemon slowly got up and felt it's paw getting better. It then started shining is crystal blue light ran in the opposite direction of Heart's path. As it ran, the pokemon quietly thanking the beginning trainer inside it's mind, and started walking off towards the Burned Tower in Ecruteak City.

After a few more miles, Heart finally reached the gates to New Bark Town. He stood on top of the hill that lead to the town of new beginnings, he smiled and said to himself "Here I am, brother."

End of chapter 1

 

Chapter 2: The Missing Starters

Wind was blowing through the trees, grass, and windmills of New Bark Town. As leaves flew in the air around him, Heart took in a deep breath and exhaled as he looked down at the town below the large hill. He smiled and said "Well, here I go." As he was walking down the hill, he thought about what his Uncle Vinici told about his years as a trainer. "When I was little Heart, your father and I would always talk about defeating gym leadears and catching the best pokemon. Man those were the days." Heart let out a humorous chuckle and said "He always did make me laugh. No matter how bad it got."

As he walked through the town, Heart saw many cheerful people walking by and saying hello to him. He smiled and said "Wow. Everybody is so nice and happy, it's as if the town is from a fairytale or something." As he said that, a loud alarm rang through the air. Everybody was screaming and saying "it's coming from the laboratory." Heart stopped and looked at where the people were going. "The laboratory." That is when he raced off towards the destination where everybody was going.

 

Chapter 2 part 2

The alarms kept peircing through the sound barrier of New Bark Town. All of the town's citizens gathered at a large building with two windmills between each side of it. On the building was a large sign that says Elm's Laboratory in huge black letters. Heart, who was within the large crowd outside of the laboratory, looked up at the sign and said "Elm's Laboratory. So, I finally made it." As he said that, the crowd gasped as a man in white lab coat came out of the large building. He had short brown hair, wore glasses, and hazel eyes. He wore a lab coat that was over a light blue collar shirt and green pants that went along with brown shoes on his feet. As the man walked towards the podium in front of the lab, Heart looked at the guy next to him and said "Who is he?" The guy turned his head to the young trainer and hysterically said to him "Who is he? Hes Professor Elm thats who! He's the lead authority of Pokemon breeding patterns and the one who hands out pokemon to beginning trainers who are ready to handle the great life of battling. That is who Professor is." After hearing all of this, Heart looked at the man and said "Wow. Thank you." The man nodded and looked away, returning his gaze back on Professor Elm who was about to talk. Heart looked at the professor and waited for what he had to say. Elm cleared his throat and said "Fellow citizens of New Bark Town, I have some bad news. The 3 starters that I had out for the new upcoming trainers are gone. It is appeared that they either escaped or were taken. But I promise to all of you that I will make sure that they will return safely and unharmed. I promise. That is all." That is when the professor left into the lab again and left all of the townspeople talking among themselves. Heart, who was still among the people, looked down and said quietly to himself "Oh no."

Chapter 2 part 3

Heart walked through the town as people talked about what Professore Elm said at the town meeting that was held in front of his lab. "Wow. To think that this would happen on the day I get my own starter. Man I have a lot of bad luck." But as he started walking past a few houses, he saw something running past him. It was going so fast that it knocked down Heart out so he could get out it's way. Heart held his head in pain and said "Ow. Man that hurt." He looked and said "Who did that?"But he saw no one. He was all alone with because everybody was out at route 31, searching for the people that stole the starters. "I guess everybody is busy looking for the starters. I wouldn't blame them. I would be out there also searching for them." As he started getting up, he kept groaning from the pain he felt when he fell down. "Ouch. My back hurts." As he kept groaning, a loud CRASH appeared and followed by a mysterious voice. "Use Solarbeam!" When he heard this, Heart was confused by who said that. "Solarbeam? Wait. Thats a move that Chikorita can use. So that means the thief could be around here!" Upon that thought Heart started running around the town to find the voice. "This is the second today I have to do this. Man why am I such a nice guy?!" After searching a few times around the town Heart stopped and panted. "Man, I couldn't find anything. Darn it!" He was so angry that he slammed his foot to the ground, not knowing that there was a Diglett there. He quickly jumped back and said "Whoa. Sorry Diglett." Diglett was so angry that it dug itself back into the ground and used the attack DIG on Heart. "Wait I can explain!" But it was to late. The wild Diglett sent Heart into the air. "Ahh I blasting off!" But not for long because he fell into a clearing on Route 31. He was groaning in pain. "OUCH! Man that hurt." But as he started getting up, he heard the same voice again. "Come on! Use solarbeam!" Heart, after hearing the voice, said "The voice from before. The person is here!" So he quickly started running around the clearing, searching for the thief. "Don't worry. I'm coming to rescue you guys."
