Bio: Went away from the organization because he had other business to do. Not to mention he lied when he said that he was on "vacation" after he came back the first time. For both disappearance, he was observing to see what would happen if he left. He tried to stop time to stop the arrow from killing Hunter, but he got knocked out and kidnapped. He escaped but now he has 10 top bounty hunters going for his head.

Weapon: He lost his old weapons made a long, big black sword that's extremely heavy.

Element: He now uses mainly wind.

Other: He trained in a forbidden world, where all the tough baddies lived. He killed the ruler and came back looking for his old pals.

Bio: when Keven was ten, he got his right eye taken out for speaking bad about the government. another result of that was that he had to be removed from his family and put on the streets. he's lived with a nice homeless man that was totally blind for the same reasons and he used to have a great home before. when Kevin was sixteen, the man died because he bumped into the mayor of the town and was shot down; Keven saw the whole thing from an alleyway. he made a resolve to himself to take down the bad part of the government (and ONLY the bad part).

Bio: Suprisingly, Xohka was originally an otaku who was obsessed with anime/manga. He liked the action ones so much that he bought a costume and weapons. For five years he trained how to use the chain scythe and how to be a ninja. He was already strong because he was the running back for his high school football team. He later found a job as a demon assassin. At first, he thought it was a joke, but through getting some work done, he no longer believed they were fake. Through the hellish training he had to go through, and some meditating, to defeat more demons, he ages 3x slower than normal, can jump over buildings, and can run a lot faster than usual.
After a battle and lost with a girl, he trained more and learned new skills. Now a master of shadows, he’d completed all his assassinations successfully. But he was so good at what he did that he became bored and wanted a rematch with the first person he lost to. In hopes of finding her again, he travels.

Weapons: Kusarigama, ninja sword, ninja stars, arm blade, katana, and smoke bombs.

Personality: Usually optimistic and never loses his cool.

Physcial Abilities:
Speed – He was able to run 10x faster than that of a skilled runner, but it was pure speed and he got tired easily. Now, he can run 11x faster with a bit more ‘oomph!’ to it. The difference with 10x faster and 11x faster is the momentum. In other words, he can break things just by running into it. He can run five-hundered miles nonstop when he’s jogging (7x faster than a runner).

Strength – Think Spider-Man, but two times stronger. Speaking of Spider-Man, Xohka may use his Kusarigama like Spidey using his web-slinging.

Reflex – He can enter a state of voluntary adrenaline which makes things seem to go slower including himself. Besides his thoughts, his eyes go at normal speed (to him) because it’s closest to his brain. Sometimes he uses this technique just to hear the funny low voices of people talking.

Special Abilities - Revised:
Shadow Form – Basically, he becomes any shadow – creature or thing - that his shadow touches except his. During Shadow Form, he can move around in shadows at the speed of light/darkness and anywhere inside the shadow (example: between the ground and a cloud, there’s a shadow. He can move anywhere in that shadow.). If light hits him in Shadow Form, he’d just pop right out. This ability is invincible during an eclipse or Shadow Dimension.

Shadow Bag – He can hide stuff in his own shadow. Say he wants to get his katana out, he just sticks his hand into his own shadow and pull it out. If he doesn’t have a shadow, he can’t take out anything.
Shadow Split – His shadow splits away from his body; however, his body will be meditating the whole time unprotected. The shadow can move freely, but at the speed his body can go. Great for recon.

Shadow Dimension - A big ball of darkness that covers a diameter of 100 yards. Nothing bigger, nothing smaller. Inside the sphere, all light is extinguished except for other magic balls of light. But the dimension limits the light range. Xohka can only maintain the dimension for one minute and can only use it once a week. Incidentally, Shadow Dimension also lets Xohka travel anywhere - planets, universe, dimensions, ANYWHERE - that has a shadow. He'll appear from the shadows.

Black Star – His only offensive magic attack. It’s actually a black fireball. It’s hot and all, but when it explodes the fire (still burning) creates shadows or negates light.

Personality: Very conceited and narcissistic. He has zero stealth but has very high awareness to make up for his “problems”. Occasionally yells out how great he is.

Bio: When Rodek was young he used to belong to another organization that would rob everything from everyone. But he got beat up and kicked out because, frankly, they couldn’t stand his attitude. For revenge, he hunted them down for years and got them in prisons. After each capture he would say, “You think you can take me down, huh?!” His rewards were enough to pay him out of jail when the guards found out that he was part of the organization. He died a few years later choking on a fishbone. When he became a Nothing, he tried to live normally for a bit but his obnoxiousness made him look for fights again. He found out about the Souls and decided to join.

Weapons: Jericho 941 F 9mm handgun, a knife and 5 different kinds of syringes as listed below.
-Elephant Tranquilizer: strong enough to knock out an elephant, but not so sure about Super Humans
-Anabolic Steroids: Enhances physical potential, but not really healthy.
-Anesthesia: Painkiller, but renders the victim motionless
-Cobra Poison: poison from a cobra that's, well, poisonous
-Antidote: cures all of the effects above

Personality: not a crazy mad scientist, just a normal person. He has no obsession and usually gives up easily unless there's something he really wants. Uses creative way to handle some problems. Gynephobic, which means that he's afraid of women but he's not gay.

Other: Has white hair because he's an albino. That is not a screw-end on his head, just a headphone. Just started smoking to see why it's so popular; he's thinking of quitting.

Bio: Aleksey was often bullied as a kid because of his albino-ness. All of them were girls. He transferred to an all-boys school and eventually earned a Master's Degree in Science in Yale and mastered karate, judo, tae-kwon-do, and using various weapons (because of his gynephobia). All of this after his family was killed by Super Humans. Due to his reputation, he was scouted for the S.H.O.T. government as a scientist, researcher, and hunter. Partly from revenge and the fact that there's not many jobs left, he joined them. As a scientist and researcher, he collects data from experiments. As a S.H.H., he gets his experiments.

Weapons: a blood diamond necklace. Besides that, he has the whole S.H.O.T organization to control.

Appearance:
Personality: a very commanding, but reasonable commander. He expects no failures in his soldiers completing a mission, but only slight delays. When he's with his family, he is a generous father and grandfather.

Other: he was a World Champion Boxer and Wrestler.

Bio: he's a son of one of the first power hungry scientists. He's been taught that Super Humans are evil and that they are failed experiments that wished to destroy humanity. Learning that through his childhood, he decided to join the army right after highschool. He was in the Vietnam War/Cambodian Civl War, Dominican War, South African Border War, and Angolan Civil War. His experience and hatred against the Super Humans had led him to create the S.H.O.T.

Aside from military history, he has two sons and a daughter; all of them had kids. He lets his old side overcome him when he's with his family and acts like any grandfather should. He doesn't want any of his descendants to live the life of the military world.
