    THIS IS A SIGN UP OOC THREAD!!!

    It is a month after the creation of Rapture. This has become Andrew Ryan's haven away from the starting war. People either follow Andrew Ryan or are against him. Rapture has become more populated because of the use of Adam and Plasmids. Are you with Ryan, or against him? Will you test the Devil himself or try and play God alongside him? The choice is yours...

    F.Y.I. Plasmids are special powers that can be used.

    History: Came to Rapture with his parents who were hired by Andrew Ryan, hasn't seen them in weeks.

    EXAMPLE: Would you kindly go and get shot.<

    History: A self-styled gentleman and heavy smoker, he went to rapture when the war broke out to get away from the hysteria.He works as a waiter.Lost his right eye in a weapon experiment with grenades three years ago
    Plasmids or Weapons: Attache weapon case (many weapons in it,including a pistol,a machine gun that is part of it,grenade launcher that hold 3 grenades at a time also part of it,a net,and a spearhead attached to a rope that can electricute.) plasmid: Grasper eye (be explained when shown)
