Beyblade? (Plastic, Metal, etc.)

Anyone heard of it? Recently it has got popular around my town, and I know Beyblade like a long time ago when the plastic beys first came (had like 5 of them), and now, metal ones. The companies who make Beyblade are Sono Kong (Korean), Takara Tomy (Japan, probably the original one) and Hasbro (america).
I also bought 2 starter packs of Metal Fight and Zero-G (which come with a beyblade, a launcher, stickers, a paper with info about the beyblade, a holographic sticker and an assembly tool) today and brought them home, along with also a box of a random bey which they call "Random Booster".

They're really fun, but some people say beyblades are for kids, I disagree with that...
